Calmly, they seek to know your worry and then chanel you over to the boss Salman Zakaria. Talking with him, and from his explanation you quickly understand that Salman Zakaria has a great mastery of not only Airlines but travelling in general and can give good advice on how to go about it carefully so you don't fall a victim of online fraud which unfortunately is on the increase these days.
