Fantastic experience: We have just returned from spending a week in Copenhagen. I was a little anxious before we left worried a week would be too long, but I shouldn't have been. We had an amazing week. We all felt very safe in a very busy city and it was so easy to get around using public transport. I would definitely recommend this city to anyone. You can make it as cheap or expensive as you like so don't be put off by the currency! Experiencing Copenhagen Football team was one of the highlights, the atmosphere was on another level! Thanks to Matt for the advice and finding us a hotel in a fantastic location and for listening to my worries when I was having a wobble about the duration!

Fantastic experience: A huge thank you to Travel Chaps for organising the most amazing holiday for us! Lake Como completely exceeded our expectations. Malgrate was a stunning place to stay, the view from our hotel across to Lecco was absolutely unrivalled. One of the real highlights for me was the Bernina Express trip, travelling on the little red train from Como to St. Moritz through the snow under bright blue skies… the photos just don’t do it justice! The boys loved our boat trip to Villa del Balbianello (or the Star Wars Island, as they called it!) the iconic filming location from Attack of the Clones, while I was in awe of the wisteria-covered gardens. On our quieter days, we explored using public transport and enjoyed train trips to Varenna and Colico, where we discovered an amazing go-karting track! It was such a special holiday for me as ‘Mum’ with my two 18-year-olds: a glorious hotel, excellent excursions, and plenty of pizza! Thank you for making it all so easy and unforgettable.

Fantastic experience: How lucky are we to have such an incredible company in Lincolnshire? Matt and Ash have been amazing! Communication has been 11/10. As someone who can't always take calls due to work etc, I relied heavily on sending our holiday requests via WhatsApp and was amazed at how promptly I received a reply. We've booked a cruise and were really impressed with Matt's knowledge about the various cruise liners and which would suit our needs best. We've decided on a Royal Caribbean as Matt told us everything they offer on their ships and it sounds perfect for what we were looking for! We are really grateful for the length of time Matt and Ash spent looking into different options for us, getting us the best deal and for the incredible communication! Everything was explained very clearly to us about what we can expect, luggage allowance, drinks packages, what's included (and what's not). THANK YOU so much Matt and Ash!! Fantastic experience: Where do I start with Ash from Travel Chaps? Up until this holiday, I've organised all holidays myself. These are mostly multi stop trips. Thought I'd let someone else do the hard work for a change and boy did I make the right decision. Here's the thing that makes these guys difference from any other travel agents. They've actually experienced the places they recommend. There's no way I'd have ever found the stunning accommodations that Ash booked for us during our South Africa trip. We wanted some city time, safari time and some golf/spa time. No request was too much. A few days later a full itinerary was done for us. Ash was literally just a whatsapp message away. Thank goodness as we had a little bump with our hire car the day we got it and Ash was there advising us what to do and called to make sure we were OK. Every place we stayed during our 2 week trip was quite simply exquisite. The private Pumba Private Game Reserve was the best experience I have ever had in my 50 years. This place should be 6 stars. If you're doing a safari, I'd highly recommend Pumba, rather than a National Park. Being private there's limited people around and the animals are so chilled out. Do yourself a favour and take the time and stress out of your next holiday and have these chaps organise it for you. Japan is next for us and I can't wait to see what they come up with. They've set the standards very high though lol

They’ve carefully listened our expectations, considered our budget which wasn’t very generous I can say and start doing what they know best. What did I do while waiting for their feedback? Fantastic experience: We met Ash and Matt at a wedding fare at Lincolnshire Showground, they were both very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about so many different destinations. My partner and I must have changed destinations at least three times, but nothing was too much for them, there was no pressure and their suggestions for our criteria hit the mark every time. We now have a beautiful honeymoon booked for Lake Garda and we will be using them again for future travel.

Fantastic experience: Thank you wont ever seem like enough when it comes to how grateful we are for the honeymoon Matt & Ash arranged for us. Our honeymoon to the ‘capital of the Artic Circle’ Tromso (& other destinations) was absolutely perfect. They also enabled me to tick off my number 1 bucket list wish, to see Orcas in the wild. From start to finish, the guys were so lovely to talk to and really listened to what we wanted. Nothing was too much for them, and you can see how much their love their jobs. Everything from booking the trip to getting on the plane to the transfers and check-ins were seamless and simple. Fantastic experience: Travel Chaps assisted us in booking a special holiday. When I say “assisted” I mean that I contacted them with a vague idea of going to the South of France, which then morphed into anywhere worldwide, with no budget, and no idea of when. They are patient and highly knowledgeable, they got back to me at random times of night and worked tirelessly to pin down a holiday that would meet my great and very open expectations and fit our budget . They are wonderful and I couldn’t recommend them any more. Also- knowing that they will call us and be on hand when we get to our destination is brilliant. Will update this review after our trip. Fantastic experience: Following recommendation from family who had booked their honeymoon recently, my wife and I engaged Travel Chaps in September 24 to book our 20th wedding anniversary and dream holiday to the Maldives. We weren’t sure if we could do this so far in advance (over a year) but Travel Chaps set to work straight away. We worked with Ash including initial evening WhatsApp call, quite a few phone calls and WhatsApp messages that made the process really easy for me to work around my day job. Ash found amazing resorts with really good prices and was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the holidays. We were also a little indecisive thinking we’d found what we wanted only to change our mind and ask Ash to look again, which he did with no sign of frustration. After a great experience we are now going to work with Travel Chaps to find a family holiday. Big thank you Ash / Travel Chaps!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Travelchaps. They really do go above and beyond to make the whole holiday experience as pain free as possible. From answering questions out of hours and at weekends, dealing with changes to flights and even personalised gifts on arrival. What ever the size of the holiday, a quick get away to Prague, or long haul to the far east Ash and Matt have you covered.

Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Oh these guys, are just incredible at what they do!! We met the Travel Chaps at a wedding fair and from day one they were backing our crazy ideas and answering our daft questions! We told the chaps that we wanted to explore as much of Italy as possible and for as long as possible within our budget. Within a day we’d been sent a full two week itinerary, including 4 different locations with suggested trips, hotels, trains and flights all included! The Travel Chaps took away all of the stress and faff of booking a holiday! They sent us all of the documents in advance, and even checked us into the airport, we literally just had to turn up! Whilst on our holiday, the chaps were a message away to suggest trips, places to eat, what to see and where to go! Nothing seemed like too much trouble! When we returned, the chaps rang us for a debrief which was unexpected but such a lovely touch! We’ve since booked another holiday with the Travel Chaps, and will do many more times in the future! Fantastic experience: We booked our summer 2024 honeymoon to Mauritius with the travel chaps. They listened carefully to the type of holiday we were looking for and came up with some fantastic options for us to choose between. We ended up booking Mauritius at their suggestion and we had an absolutely perfect honeymoon. The hotel they suggested was amazing and they clearly had a good relationship with the hotel and were able to get us a great deal. They were also really flexible and let us add in another hotel for a few nights in another part of the island. They knew a lot about the locations they suggested and were able to advise us where would be best at that time of year. Their communication was fantastic and it was really easy to get all the information we needed. Their level of attention to detail was amazing. They organized the hotel to prebook restaurants for us so we didn't miss out on any and I even received a birthday card from them based on my birthdate in my passport. I would highly recommend them and we will definitely book holidays through them again.

For our family, this was so important to us, as having 4 children, the planning of any outing, allowance for space and a welcoming, family-friendly environment is top priority and this was recognised by The Travel Chaps. They took so much stress away from us, arranging and explaining simply, which meant we could focus solely on the excitement of our holiday! Fantastic experience: Travel chaps have been great. We had to cancel a previously booked holiday with only a couple of weeks to go. I phoned travel chaps to assist, as we didn't have long before going and they jumped straight onto it. They listened to, and importantly really understood our requirements and budget, and on the same day came back to us with a few great options. From there the service has been fantastic, prompt and helpful. Now really looking forward to our trip.

Since then we've booked a Safari trip to South Africa and a trip to Japan next year with them. Fantastic experience: I’ve always wanted to go to cruise the Caribbean for my 60th birthday, I’m not well travelled and I’ve never been on a cruise so I was somewhat nervous of taking the plunge and booking myself. Fantastic experience: Travel Chaps arranged our holiday to Mallorca for us, we told them our requirements and where we wanted to stay and they supplied some options for us. After choosing our accommodation, they arranged our flights, airport transfer and airport assistance for my mum. They kept us up to date all the way through taking the stress from us, contacted us few days before travel to ensure we had everything we needed and contacted us on our return to check we had a good time and no issues. We had an idea of the type of honeymoon we wanted but we didn't really know where we wanted to go. Either way it didn't matter, both Matt and Ash know their shizz so even when you think you know, there are so many other options to consider. They cover absolutely everything and their aim is very much to proivde you with the BEST possible trip within the budget you have set. We found ourselves sitting back and enjoying the whole planning experience, rather than sitting at home scrolling through the laptop with no idea what we were committing ourselves to. We had a face to face meeting and we were presented with numerous destinations to look through. Alternative options per hotel were also covered so that the holiday can be tailored to suit your requirements. The service you receive from these chaps is exceptional it makes you realise how important this stage is within all the stressful wedding planning and you DO NOT rush a good thing. Fantastic experience: Ashley from the Travel Chaps was absolutely amazing in organising our honeymoon for us! We told him our ideas and budget and within 2 days he had come up with a whole plan for us and it was the best trip! About 10 days before we left, a flight was cancelled by an airline and Ashley dealt with it all and told me the minor change of plan, saving me the stress of dealing with that just before our wedding! They were also great while we were away, in contact and able to answer a couple of questions we had. Overall a fabulous service and will definitely be using them again!
