They pride themselves in delivering the best customer service you could wish for and nothing is ever too much trouble.Their knowledge,their empathy and their understanding of customer needs goes beyond all expectations! A very special mention must be made for the Branch Manager Tracyanne Sheldon who should be nominated for an employee recognition award if you offer such a thing.She is one in a million!We shall most certainly be booking all future holidays here( in fact we have already booked this year alone a Caribbean Cruise for 6,a trip to Las Vegas for 6,a Celebrity cruise for 6 to the Adriatic and my son and his friend's 3 month trip to Thailand/Australia.
