The hotels were in prime locations, just a short walk from the Haram in both Makkah and Medina, which was incredibly convenient. This proximity to the Haram was especially important for my elderly parents, who both struggle with mobility issues. My father uses a wheelchair, and my mother relies on a walking stick, so having such easy access to the Haram made a huge difference. It allowed them to attend prayers and visit the holy sites without the stress of long walks or complex transportation. Moreover, Brother Tariq, the contact they had in Saudi Arabia, was fantastic. His communication was great, and he was always available whenever we needed assistance. Whether it was arranging timely pick-ups and drop-offs or ensuring our ziyarats went smoothly, Tariq made sure everything was taken care of. The ziyarats themselves were an incredible experience. Overall, Haleema Travel provided a first-class service, tailored to meet our specific needs. They ensured that our trip was comfortable, meaningful, and stress-free, especially for my elderly parents. Fantastic experience: Haleema travels was amazing from start to finish alhamdulillah, communication was excellent. The pick up from thier agent from Jeddah Airport to arranging food and drinks in the coach was exceptional. We were running very late but they waited patiently. Tour guides were really good explained everything thoroughly. Only downside I would say is the hotel was a little to far for children and elderly so would ask for a closer hotel in Mecca we stayed at Grand Emaar which is a good hotel but too far. Jazakallahkhairun for the excellent service from Haleema travels. Will definitely be booking through them again. Do not hesitate if you are in 2 minds alhamdulillah you will be well looked after.

Fantastic experience: It was my 1 St umra with family. Specifically with my mother I was nervous. But all went so smooth from landing there till departure. All the staff there so kind and very understanding and helpful they went out of there way to help. So definitely recommend it.

Positive experience: We recently used Haleema Travel for a family trip to Umrah and a holiday, and our experience with them was mostly positive. The service provided by their UK team was exceptional, truly unmatched in terms of professionalism and support. Similarly, the transportation arrangements in Saudi Arabia far exceeded our expectations, ensuring a smooth and comfortable journey. However, our stay in Madinah was a significant drawback, and while this issue may not have been entirely within Haleema Travel's control, it did impact our overall experience. The hotel we were booked in was effectively a construction site, with constant noise around the clock, making it almost impossible to get any rest. The room itself was dusty due to ongoing construction work, and the bathroom was in an unusable state. Despite informing Haleema Travel of the situation, their offered solution was to change rooms but not the hotel itself. Unfortunately, this didn’t resolve the core issues. Our six-night stay in this hotel turned out to be a very unpleasant experience, with both of our children and my wife falling ill, likely due to the poor conditions. The hotel staff were overwhelmed and unable to keep up with cleaning demands, leaving us to clean the room ourselves and even take out the trash. While the travel service and transportation provided by Haleema Travel were outstanding, the hotel choice in Madinah fell short of expectations and created a challenging situation for our family. We hope they take steps to ensure better accommodations for future travelers to provide a more consistent experience throughout the journey.

The whole team is very professional and throughout your whole journey they stand with you at each step. Since the arrival at the start of your journey from Jeddah airport till the last day of our departure, they assist and guide you very well. Breakfast in both hotels were very tasty with huge varieties of food. The transport they provided is another highlighting feature from Jeddah airport , Ziarats , mecca to medina were awesome . Luxury busses were being provided which made all of our journeys very comfortable. All major Ziarats were covered with professional guide with detailed breifings. Overall our journey was simple great and I would highly recommend to choose Haleema travels for your spiritual journey that makes your Ebadah hassle free. I was given a local guide in Madinah who showed me around and informed me of places for food and shopping at excellent prices. In Makkah I was helped with taxi service and airport drop off and pick up and stayed in contact throughout to make sure I had no difficulty during my trip. Excellent taxi guides for Ziyarat very knowledgable. Perfect start to my married life as I went for my honeymoon and me and my wife were very happy Alhumdulillah. Otherwise we have heard some horrible stories that how people are left on their own when they land there but i would recommend everyone who want to focus more on their ibadah and worry less about anything else that they should come and get their package from you. The flights/buses , hotels and the food everything was simply amazing!! We even got to check in early in the hotel which was definitely a plus. We didn’t face any problem in commuting or while staying there which enabled us to focus more on our Ibadah instead of worrying about other things. Fantastic experience: I went to Umrah in October 2019 with my partner. Everything from start to finish was perfect. Arslan (operations manager) from Haleema Travel was very good at answering questions before I booked. They gave me the best possible (5*) package with direct flights from London Heathrow at a very competitive price. The price they gave me included Visa costs and transportation costs too. Arslan was always very good at communicating with me, he would respond to e-mails/ WhatsApp messages straight away. The hotel in Mecca was literally 2 minutes' walk from the Haram. The hotel in Medina was literally 2 minutes' walk from the Haram (Ladies side) Haleema Travel also gave me a full list (with timings) of the taxi's a few days before we flew out. Once we got to Saudi, all the taxi's were organised by Haleema Travel. All taxi's arrived on time, and I would get a message from the taxi driver beforehand to let me know what time they would be coming etc...Tariq was our point of contact in Saudi, and he was very good at contacting me and remind me of my taxi bookings a day before travel. I would 100% recommend Haleema Travel. They are very well organised.

Fantastic experience: Alhumdulliah had the best experience with Haleema travels Khuram bhai was very efficient and helpful throughout the whole trip we booked Haleema travels last minute for Hajj 2019 and had no problems being late as it was we have booked ummrah with Haleema travels 4 times in the past even though we stayed in 5 star during ummrah and had the economy package during hajj there was relatively no difference! Fantastic experience: I recently performed Hajj for the 1st time along with my mother and 2 sisters. From the outset we were kept informed of the process /procedures, any updates/changes were communicated swiftly and clearly. The Spiritual guide (Maulana Zubair) was excellent, he was very motivating and made sure we understood what we needed to do in both English/Urdu. The hotels in both Makkah and Medina were clean/comfortable and only a short walking distance from the masjids; this is important as being too far away can mean a long and exhausting walk which can take its toll on your health. The food was of a very high standard and well varied which catered for all tastes; the downside is that you may put on a bit of weight if you’re not too careful. The staff were polite, helpful and courteous and maintained a visual presence at all times. Brother Khuram was on hand for any queries/issues and was always asking if everything was ok, which was very reassuring. The service we received was excellent and over and above what we expected. I would definitely recommend Haleema travels for your hajj /umrah requirements or for anything as they are a truly professional and straight up bunch of guys who go the extra mile to help. Fantastic experience: I recently performed hajj along with my mother in 2019 with Haleema. Alhamdulillah I can say without a doubt the company sold the package with complete transparency and everything that was mentioned in the package was what we received. Having a Seminar before hand, receiving regular updates through WhatsApp broadcasts and the senior organiser being available for contact at anytime throughout the trip, resulted in us being prepared in the best possible way. The Hajj accessories included were also all of high quality and were put to excellent use. All in all, having a company as good as Haleema organising what was initially expected to be a little bit of a scary trip, made it into a smooth and exciting undertaking. The catered food was consistent, transport was handled with short waiting times, the whole journey was joined by a great group of people including both helpers and fellow pilgrims and above all, the process of Hajj and Umrah were facilitated in a way that made it a much easier undertaking than it may have been otherwise.
