Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently booked a holiday to Spain through TUI in Darlington and had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Amanda. She was amazing from start to finish, incredibly helpful, informative, and genuinely friendly. Amanda made the whole booking process a breeze, answering all my questions and making sure everything was sorted perfectly. It’s not often you come across someone so professional and personable. Huge thanks to Amanda for making the experience so easy and enjoyable

Positive experience: We visited the Darlington Tui store to book our 1st family holiday to Italy. As a family who had their original 1st family holiday cancelled due to the pandemic, we wanted to do things face to face rather than just book online. We were greeted by Amanda who was courteous & offered us a tea or coffee before we began. As we had decided it was the right time again for us to go on holiday, we had done lots of research as to where & when we wanted to go before we went in store. We had opted for Italy & showed Amanda all the details I had seen on the TUI App & she found it all on screen. The reason for 4 stars & not 5 is we were offered the same holiday at £300 more than was shown on the TUI App. It all seemed a bit odd that the same company was offering different prices in store so I am so happy I had done my research before. Amanda was very professional with this & discussed with her store manager about the difference. I do think this is certainly one to remember in the future. The whole process was speedy & enjoyable with our holiday linking to my app instantly which did add to the excitement of knowing we have a family holiday booked again! Would highly recommend TUI and booking in the Darlington store.

After multiple changes, he went above and beyond to find us an even better trip that suited our needs perfectly. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process stress-free. Callum also took extra care in ensuring our son’s special assistance was in place, along with my own medical requirements, which gave us real peace of mind. On top of that, he arranged our car parking and extra baggage for the flight, making everything so much easier. His customer service was second to none, and we truly appreciate all his effort. Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best service here at Darlington branch from Callum when I needed to change a name on my online booking. A simple task took over an hour to do due to the TUI helpline cutting him off, I'd also got cut off at home. In future I'll be booking direcly with Callum in store, he went over and above, along with the Branch Manager. Thanks again

Amanda was very attentive and polite. She booked my holiday without any problems and even got me a great price on airport parking. Fantastic experience: I booked a 2 week all inclusive holiday for mother and grandmother but unfortunately, my grandmother became unwell and was admitted to hospital a week before departure. With no travel insurance booked, I thought that there was little that could be done but I went into the store and explained the situation to worker Peta. Peta was excellent in going through available options and kept me updated every step of the way. She was kind and considerate and genuinely seemed to care about our predicament and concern for my grandmother. We were able to resolve the issue which was a huge relief for my grandmother and mother. Thank you so much for your help Peta. You are an absolute credit to the company.

Fantastic experience: Callum was very helpfull at this store. We were given coffee as we sat down to go through the details of what we wanted to book. Callum talked us through all the details and confirmed the booking. There was no rush and we ended up leaving after approx 45 minutes Happy in the knoledge that we were back in TUI hands. To my surprise call answered quickly and Amanda introduced herself, asking how she could help. In no time at all our hotel was booked and all details given, including a good deal on airport parking. Fantastic experience: Booked out holiday to Menorca on Sunday with the lovely Helen. We went into the shop just looking for a last minute deal and Helen helped us really efficiently and got a deal which matched everything we were looking for. Helen was great with our 1 year old little boy too even if he was tired and slightly unsettled she made the effort to talk and smile to him, which as a mum I really appreciate. Fantastic experience: I went in the shop as I was having difficulty booking what we wanted for our 1st long haul trip. We went in and was greeted by Callum who was very polite, friendly and helpful with our search. He searched all different options for us to get us the right flights along with 2 amazing hotels for our 1st multi destination long haul holiday. He got us great prices which allowed us to upgrade to swim up rooms, go 1/2 board at our first hotel and fly more local than we were looking at. Because of Callum we arrive 8hrs earlier so we still get most of the day at the 1st resort and the day we leave to return home we still get a full day. Would highly recommend speaking to Callum for any future holiday bookings, I normally use personal travel agents but will be definitely going back to book future holidays with him as he went above and beyond with everything including staying back after the shop closed and his shift finished to ensure we had our holiday booked and all the information we needed. Definitely a 5* review from us

Fantastic experience: After completing online check in, there were a few issues with my seats (child not near an adult). I was connected to Amanda, who quite frankly, deserves a raise. She could not get the answers immediatley, and offered to call back, (which I firstly doubted would happen) However, true to her word Amanda called back 3 times in total, and not only sorted my issue, but exceeded my expectations. She is for sure, a keeper for the company. Amanda, thank you, my kids will have a stress free flight due to you!

Fantastic experience: We received fantastic customer service today. We were helped by Emma who has a fantastic bubbly personality! Even though she is still training Emma helped us find the holiday that was right for our family and booked her first holiday! Fantastic experience: I telephoned the main TUI phone number as I was having problems booking my holiday online. I spoke to a very helpful adviser called Amanda who works at the Darlington branch, she was able to help me and book my holiday for me for which I am very grateful. It was a pleasure for me to speak to someone who was very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to deal with on the phone. It's a shame I don't live closer as I would love to visit this travel agents in person!

Fantastic experience: We have used this Tui store a few times now since the one in Bishop Auckland closed down. We have found all the staff really professional, friendly and helpful, willing to go that extra mile as standard. Tui keep making changes to our holidays and the staff in this store dont make you feel fussy when you contact them to try and sort things so you feel that you are still getting the wonderful break you were hoping for. This time I dealt mainly with Peta, Brandon and Aimee, but all staff appear great and the atmosphere is so warm. Expect that you may have to queue in this store at busy times because they dont rush their job. If you want that special attention when its your turn then a little wait is well worth it. Well done Tui Darlington, you are all stars.

Fantastic experience: I visited the Darlington TUI store for the first time on Saturday 24 Feb 2024 and was immediately impressed with how professional the store looked. Everything was sparkling clean and all the staff looked very smart in the company uniforms. I was greeted by Aimee who seemed to be very friendly and approachable which is exactly as you would want it to be as a new customer. Aimee began by asking how she could help me and I stated that I hoped to book a holiday for my wife and I. Aimee patiently made a note of all my requirements and then we discussed options etc and before too long we had narrowed the choice down to 3 options. After a little thought, I chose what seemed to perfectly match my requirements, so I was very pleased with the outcome. Throughout the whole process Aimee was friendly, helpful and very efficient, so much so, that it was a pleasure to do business with her. Based on that experience, I would have no hesitation in visiting the store again in the future. Well done and thank you Aimee.

Fantastic experience: We booked a cruise today at the TUI store at Prospect Place in Darlington. We were looked after by Callum who was absolutely brilliant.
