Fantastic experience: Our package booking took a turn for the worse when the third party airline company pulled out of our preferred airport, changing both our airport and return date. After failing to resolve this ourselves online or with TUIs telephone customer help line who were particularly useless, we went into our local TUI Holiday Store in Bromsgrove. This was when we met NIAMH who turned our “1 Star” TUI experience into a “5 Star” experience. She resolved this awkward problem professionally and competently whilst keeping us regularly updated. She is friendly, knowledgeable and an asset to the Company.

Negative experience: I have always been impressed with Bromsgrove branch but not anymore. Wasn’t given the correct information and I’ve spent a lot of money on a holiday which is now not what I wanted. Manager Shelley wasn’t interested in helping. They call themselves a travel advisor? What a joke. Avoid..

Fantastic experience: A huge thank you to the staff at the Bromsgrove TUI branch particularly to ZOE who had the nightmare of trying to sort a nice holiday out for a typical single man who had no idea what he was doing on entering the branch! She was so kind,funny and must have taken several patience pills before i met her! I was so embarrassed really but we relaxed and laughed whilst sorting my holiday out. I just found her to be kind, thoughtful and a pleasure to talk to. My 4 day break in Garda was lovely so thank you so much Zoe!

Fantastic experience: Having been passed around by 3 Advisors over the Phone Trying to Cash in My TUI Gift Card? I Went into the TUI Shop in Bromsgrove. I sat with Jess for a Few Minutes and i was put a ease that all was going to be sorted. Jess was very helpful and Knowledgeable on the procedure to help me redeem/Refund my Gift Card. The Following day i have communication from Jess to confirm all had been Processed/Sorted and the Funds landed in My Bank very soon after. Fantastic experience: Jessica in TUI Bromsgrove went way above and beyond in dealing with our extremely complicated and frustrating family group booking. Jessica really worked hard to understand our needs and requirements, to the extent where she knew the ages of my 6 grandchildren off hand (whilst I was still working them out!). First class customer service that was always followed up by emails confirming what had been discussed.

She understood the disappointment and frustration we had after being stuck in Birmingham airport for 12 hours before finally being told our original holiday was cancelled. Fantastic experience: Tried to book a holiday to Majorca on the internet but it kept loosing the luggage. Went into TIU Bromsgrove and spoke to Zoe who came up with the same problem. Undeterred, she persevered until it was sorted and the holiday booked. Fantastic experience: We went into the Bromsgrove shop today to pay the balance on our forthcoming holiday to Greece, we also wanted to enquire about a January 2025 holiday to Mexico, In relation to the winter holiday we needed detailed advice in relation to my mobility and disability issues. Mia was excellent, she gave my wife and I excellent advice and we booked for the January 2025 holiday to Mexico and paid for the Greek holiday which will be in June of this year. Although having been before, we still had queries with the complex dates we required and my disabled issues.
