Fantastic experience: Carol went above and beyond to help us plan our friends 60th birthday celebration trip to Halkidiki, Greece for a group of 11 friends. Carols attention to detail, patience, and genuine enthusiasm made the entire booking process smooth and stress-free. We even managed to secure the very same rooms from the previous year! Carol took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and tailored the trip perfectly to suit everyone’s needs. She offered fantastic recommendations, handled all the logistics with ease, and made sure every little detail was covered, flights accommodation and extras including the big birthday dinner! Fantastic experience: TUI Nuneaton always gives the BEST service when it comes to customer service 10/10 every-time. Personally I love 5minutes from TUI RICOH Arena, I still choose to drive 25-30mins to the Nuneaton branch simply because of how good they are. Have had bad experiences in the RICOH Arena branch so refuse to go even though it’s convenient in terms of distance. I visited the Nuneaton branch on Saturday. Moment I walked in every staff member acknowledged me with either a smile or hello. I needed to sort travel money out for my family holiday along with questions regarding my TUI travel payment card. Carol … take a bow you was incredible. Carol sorted everything out for me, went above and beyond her job role by helping me with the TUI app, moving money and currency around for me on my phone. Carol is a credit to the shop, brand and company. We need more people like Carol. Thank you ladies .

She was so helpful and very patient with me and my husband as we were torn and quite indecisive but Bees patience paid off, as it put me and my hubby at ease and we were able to discuss abit more and make our choice.

Fantastic experience: I had a really lovely experience recently shopping for some holiday insurance which I purchased in Tui in Nuneaton ….the lady steve was so cute in her holiday uniform and told me all the information about my insurance and what it covered and costs. As we were discussing my holiday another member of staff called Jay who is really perky and polite, told me about her experiences being a holiday rep prior to Tui and gave me some really good information and tips on travelling and places to go in Gran Canaria. You could see the girls had a great work relationship which made me feel so comfortable as I opened up about things I want to do when I’m away … my holiday was booked else where but Jays advice left me feeling ready to go and filled me with excitement… I’ll definitely be going back and booking everything with Tui in the future. Fantastic experience: Having seen many adverts on TV regarding deals that TUI can offer on holidays, I decided to pop in to my local store in Nuneaton. After being greeted by the team, I was able to sit down with Jay and go through what I was looking for. She went through a list of destinations that she could recommend personally and also ones that she’s had great feedback from. I really felt like she listened to me and wasn’t rushing for a ‘quick sale’. Will be coming back once I’ve decided on my options. Top class 5* service
