Fantastic experience: Rebecca was exceptionally helpful. Friendly face, professional and very efficient. Our online holiday price was matched in store, Rebecca booked everything, even getting us a better room with a sea view, she checked us in on line, printed our boarding passes and all with a smile. Would recommend using the store and the knowledge of the TUI staff there!

Fantastic experience: We wanted to book a family holiday to Ibiza for my partners 30th for August 2025 but wanted to make sure we booked something perfect as we are also travelling with a 1 year old. We spoke to Sarah to find deals and we found one hotel and a great offer & package but was unsure about booking it until we had a yes from everyone. Sarah didn’t pressure into booking anything until we were 100% . We came back in a week later and booked the holiday package with Ashleigh who again double checked everything. Fantastic experience: The staff at the Carlisle Branch were amazing in helping us find the right cruise and cabin for our family of 4, (2 Adults & 2 Children). We had decided on Royal Caribbean and done some research on a Cruise to Norway around the Fjords. Phillipa was very knowledgeable and helped us find the kind of cabin we wanted and kept it under our budget. We were informed of the additional extras to potentially purchase before our trip and what would work for us. Even with a tired and crying 20 month old with us in the shop, we found the staff to be extremely patient, and helped where they could. This will be my partners and our kids first time cruising and we are all really looking forward to it in 2025.

Fantastic experience: We usually did everything ourselves when travelling before but with this being our first time with two young children we thought it would be easier to go for a full package, all inclusive holiday to try keep things as smooth as possible and to make sure there was nothing we forgot. ️️ We booked our holiday with Phillipa, who was sooo helpful, friendly and brilliant in helping us choose our perfect holiday. She gave some personal reviews of some of the hotels, she kept in touch, answered any questions we needed and was brilliantly informative when it came to making the booking, making it all such a breeze for us! Due to a sudden illness of one of our party We thought we would have to go without that person and I cannot tell you how upsetting this was for us all.
