Negative experience: Ordered currency for our holiday on Friday 28th March. Went in to collect it 6 days later to find out it was never written in the book or ordered. We now have no cash to take on holiday and no more time to order again. Not good at all.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant service (and knowledge) from the team at Bridgwater Tui. Have used this branch for a while now for setting up and topping up my Tui Card. Popped in to ask about booking a holiday and got AMAZING help from Lacey, who went above and beyond to find us the perfect holiday at an unbelievable discount, loads of info and suggestions by email and in person. Really knows her stuff and is proactive to find a holiday that will tick ALL the boxes, really friendly too! Wholeheartedly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Sarah Jane was absolutely brilliant when I was booking a surprise cruise for my fiancé! Fantastic experience: We popped into our local Tui Branch to look at holiday,and was helped by sarah jane,who was very helpful, could"nt do enough for us,so only just looking,we end'ed up booking a holiday,we love the ladies in Tui we have been going into them for years,and some of then knows what kind of holidays we like,so they all give us good advise on where to go and not where to go,so today we only wanted a short flight as we always go for the long haul flights and sarah jane did exactly what we asked and even more,a nice short flight but a lovely hotel at a really good price,and in a 5☆ hotel too,so thank you sarah jane for your patients and your kindness, we have never had any issues with our ladies in this branch,a very funny and friendly bunch for sure ☆☆☆☆☆

Fantastic experience: Went into the TUI shop at Bridgwater today. As soon as we entered the store Sarah-Jane immediately acknowledged us and said she wouldn't belong. After a few minutes we explained where we wanted to go and when. Sarah Jane gave the option of different local airports and prices and we came away booking a holiday at great price. Sarah Jane is a credit to the TUI team at Bridgwater

Fantastic experience: I was extremely pleased with the service I received today from Sarah-Jane (Reid) in the Bridgwater Tui store. She spent time to check all the details of the holiday I'd chosen were correct and to my requirements and was very helpful explaining any questions I had.
