Negative experience: DO NOT USE.. We payed over 4k for an 11 night holiday, we did not get the room we booked and when we have complained they have called us ‘LIARS’ as they said WE were going to call the hotel despite 6 TUI staff telling us the shop should have added our mobility requirements. Andrea Manageress ( who also will say she will call you back but doesn’t bother) also told us 4 times we did not need added luggage allowance on our booking as the Airport would have it on the system! Hey presto no they didn’t and we started our holiday being asked for payment at the airport desk…. AVOID go to Hays Travel round the corner…… they are a DISGRACE…..

Negative experience: Waited for around 45 minutes just to make a payment, while I appreciate the shop was busy we were not acknowledged once. A simple comment from any of the staff saying they would be with us in due course would have made all the difference.

Fantastic experience: We popped into the shop last week to book our honeymoon, we went in with a brief idea of different locations that we might like to visit but no definite idea of what we exactly wanted, other than an adults only hotel. We were served by Linda and she was absolutely fantastic, so friendly and really knowledgeable about the different areas we were looking at. I felt like she really understood the type of honeymoon we were after. We were sat with Linda for a few hours and the whole time she was happy to help and she was so patient and happy to look at all the different places we were considering. After Linda’s recommendations we decided to go with Riviera Maya, Mexico. Linda showed us different hotels, all while considering our budget and she found the perfect hotel which has all the luxuries that we were after. Linda also recommended some different excursions for us to take a look at. We left feeling like Linda was a good friend, I really hope that Linda knows how special she made us feel and that she ticked all of the boxes for our perfect honeymoon (including premium seats on the flight!) Fantastic experience: What a fantastic team working at this shop. After spending many hours trying to pay our final holiday balance, online and over the phone, with no success, we visited this store as a final resort. They immediately took ownership of the issue, assured us it would be sorted and also were really lovely to our 3 year old grand daughter. Although they were not able to clear our balance for us on that day, we were told it would be sorted within 72 hours, they arranged an extension of time for our final balance so we did not lose the holiday and sure enough, we received e mail confirmation that it had been paid within 48 hours. They also sorted out an issue with our booked seats on the return flight. Outstanding service, thank you again Cramlington team ❤️

Fantastic experience: Such a lovely experience today at TUI, we went in to change a holiday that was booked for August, yasmin was lovely and so patient as we were in there a long time due to being so indecisive of where we wanted to go! Eventually we agreed on a holiday we wanted to change too after looking for so long! Yasmin was so helpful when she was helping us to decide where to go.

Sarah was extremely helpful and explained everything we needed to know with regards to the cruise. Sarah was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much bother for her. Fantastic experience: Been back as promised, this time we had Jo helping, not a simple booking involving multiple airports so we all arrived at the same time, again made easy, thank you. We have a upcoming cruise and stay booked, (we hadn't booked in store bit of a mistake ) we wanted to upgrade our drinks package for the cruise part, after numerous attempts to try to speak to someone with the cruise knowledge, Gave up after being passed from one to another, decided to try at our local branch, it was a Good move and Sarah was great and her patient's paid off, thank you Sarah. Good experience and picked up some tips.

Negative experience: AVOID AXA TRAVEL INSURANCE.. the Cramlington Staff spot on, the Holiday Cape Verde Amazing, TUI APP and everything else 5 star. I'm dropping this s..togram to raise the alarm, AXA TRAVEL insurance is a huge company and works with TUI, we went with them, they charged my Mother twice £64 quid. We thought an easy fix, Ring them back ( Blagged us) Email them. (Blagged us) Went to Cramlington TUI who kindly called AXA We got another email replying -we will get back to you...5 months later no reply-so beware AXA are woefully useless

Andrea was very knowledgeable and so helpful - Andrea also said to check out our selection online to compare the total price which was the same. We did end up paying extra (our choice) to select our cabin. I think in future I'll be booking face to face instead of online. I would give the service 6* if that was an option. Thank you Andrea
