Negative experience: Went in to TUI ask about bordering passes woman was there with glasses looking at us if she did not want to do it did not make us feel well come .rest of the staff is friendly there. Pay lot of money go on holiday when you come to store ask question get her steering at us as of we stuipid not going back in to store again I just book to online next time .

Fantastic experience: Having booked online with TUI for a few years now, this was the first time we've had an issue. And it was a real "computer says no" situation less than a week before we were due to fly. After exhausting all options with the (lovely) web team by phone, we decided to pop into the Inverness store to see if they could help. First, Peter was lovely, but he quickly knew this wasn't an ordinary situation and sent us to the manager, Paul. He was BRILLIANT, despite it taking up his entire afternoon on a super busy Saturday. He somehow managed to unpick what had gone wrong and find a department to sort it all out, made sure we got exactly what we wanted, a brilliant hotel, and it even meant we ended up getting a BIG discount on our holiday! Honestly, he was an absolute legend and we've firmly learned our lesson - we'll be booking our holidays in store from now on! Thanks Paul - and the Inverness team!

Fantastic experience: We dealt with Jade when booking our holiday and spent over an hour in the shop, due to us changing our mind all the time but finally settled on a location after hearing of personal experiences. All of our needs taken in to consideration and nothing seemed to be a problem. I am usually a do everything online guy but will definitely be using the in store service for our next holidays. I spoke to Anne who was so helpful and I was able to book the holiday we wanted. This is the second holiday we have booked in store for 2025 with TUI, roll on summer.

Fantastic experience: We booked our first Family holiday with Tui Inverness, and after booking we realised we had made the wrong choice, we went back (with in 24 hours) and were able to change it no problem at all, Tui were absolutely fantastic on both visits, patient, reassuring, understanding and they really went above and beyond, all the team were fantastic, but impaticular Lissa, Chloe and Nikki they really are a credit and gave second to none customer service, I would never book with anyone else, they made everything so simple can't thank them enough

Positive experience: Booked my holiday in Greece today with Jade she was extremely helpful with a couple of requests for airport assistance and a room request at the studios in Greece. Also she explained the new passport rules which are so complicated when you hear about it on TV but it was crystal clear when Jade explained it and very reassuring. I will certainly be booking my September holiday in the Inverness store again. It was a pleasure to deal with Jade today and I will recommend to anyone planning a holiday.

We booked a holiday online through TUI and then we checked 14/04/24, the same holiday was a lot cheaper so we booked a new holiday and cancelled the online booking. We will be going back to see her when we decide what activities we want to add. Highly recommend a store visit.

She answered all of our questions and provided reassurance about dietary requirements, cabin choices and flight times. Her cruise knowledge seems extensive and she clearly enjoys her role at TUI.
