Negative experience: Booked a holiday with them, had an email from tui saying there is building works 20m away from hotel. We went in to arrange a hotel transfer as that is what they offered us, they couldnt offer any hotel change with the same/similar flights, the computer system wasnt even working for the first half hour, finally found a hotel matching our dates and they expected us to pay £300 extra. Decided to cancel and booked with easyJet. Really disappointing experience.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience with TUI Truro. Having booked with the brilliant Natasha last year, I knew exactly who I was going to go to, to help me book my holiday this year. Last year I knew where I wanted to go, so Natasha found us a fantastic deal, had loads of knowledge, personal experience and advice to help me book my holiday in about half hour! Whereas this year, I was bound by dates and airport options but Natasha, once again, gave me good options, time to think and talked me through the best holiday option for us. I know I trust her opinion and I always know I am in safe hands. She is extremely professional, efficient and personable and alleviated the overwhelm of an open holiday search! Thank you! I can't recommend the branch in Truro enough, everyone is friendly and the Manager is very welcoming too.

Fantastic experience: Yet again Truro Tui has exceeded our expectations Our Truro team are so helpful, friendly and brilliant at their jobs. We’ve been booking holidays with them since 2005 and have booked countless holidays with them since then from quick short hops to the Canary Islands to round the world extravaganzas. They always find us the perfect holiday and match online prices. So why struggle to find the right holiday yourself online when you have professionals in our local Tui shop. They take all the hard work out of choosing and booking our holidays, leaving us with all the fun. Mark sets the tone and atmosphere from the moment he greets us as we walk through the door. Fantastic experience: We have booked a last minute holiday today with Emma in Truro TUI Travel Agency, that was all organised and checked in within half an hour. We found the holiday as one of a shortlist using the TUI app, but decided to ask for some advice. Seats on the flights and car parking at the airport were also added and an upgrade request on the Hotel room. Excellent and easy to look at all holiday photos and overviews online or using the TUI app. We are so excited

Found the service from Tui great in particularly Amanda who was patient in giving us some options with our last minute getaway. Fantastic experience: My husband is a full time wheelchair user so navigating the world is a different ball game all together. The staff at Tui Truro, especially Gemma , went above and beyond to make sure everything was covered , from getting the wheelchair on the flight and boat, staff waiting for us at Exeter airport , to the accessible room on board and the extra hand luggage needed for his medical equipment, to transfer from airport to the boat with a WAV , sorting out my dietary needs as I suffer with anaphylaxis. Gemma went above and beyond to make our first cruise and first holiday with a wheelchair the most amazing and smooth holiday ever. I will be forever grateful for the memories she has helped us create. Tui Truro , Gemma in particular, you have been amazing. Thank you.

There was no pushy selling which was brilliant and we did not feel that there was a pressure on us to complete our visit quickly, so we felt relaxed and able to take our time selecting exactly what we wanted. Natasha was knowledgeable, friendly and chatty and didn't mind revisiting details and changing things around for us. I cannot speak highly enough about the service we received on the day and I am confident that if I need to revisit the TUI store to discuss additional needs we would be welcomed and well looked after. Sure, it’s sometimes easier to book online through websites but It’s really good to speak to people in person and get an assured, knowledgeable level of service.

Fantastic experience: I am writing to tell you how delighted both my family and I have been with your exceptional service in the Truro, Cornwall branch. My wife and I booked our honeymoon vacation through this office this year. We went to Aghios Nickolaos in Crete and stayed at the Miramare Spa Resort & Hotel from the 14th May to the 28th May. The service in your Truro branch is literally second to none, no effort spared to get the vacation we wanted. Every time we enter the Truro branch we are greeted warmly and attentively with brimming smiles, despite on occasion having my Mother-in-Law in attendance with me. We had a lovely time in May and just had to go back again in September with, unfortunately, my Mother-in-Law in tow this time. I hesitate to pick out individual members of staff for special recognition, we think that they are ALL brilliant. Mark & Ian are always attentive and helpful and both have a “nothing is too much trouble” attitude. Please don’t ignore this email, we all too often take the time to complain but never seem to give credit when it is undoubtedly due. This branch is excellent and should receive some recognition for the incredible asset they are to TUI and its brand(s).

However I didn’t want to go for the first thing I saw. She was more than happy to look at some other options for me. However it turns out the first one she picked was the one!
