Fantastic experience: We booked a summer holiday with TUI today at the Newark branch. From first contact by phone , to enquiries via email and a face to face appointment to make the booking, Chardonnay has been excellent. It is refreshing to find someone who, through their helpfulness and efficiency, inspires confidence that your purchase and booking have been dealt with correctly. Annie was also involved with an email enquiry and also responded promptly and with the information we needed.

Fantastic experience: We always book with TUI and have to admit that up until recently we always booked online. We popped in to the Newark store last weekend as we wanted to book a cruise and had some questions and we were met by Michelle who was just amazing. We arranged an appointment with Michelle for this Sunday as we wanted to book a cruise and stay - we ended up booking 2 holidays . Michelle is extremely knowledgeable and a real pleasure to work with, and explained things really clearly. Her passion for the job really comes through. We will only ever book in store from now on.

Fantastic experience: We finally booked our holiday today after having a very pleasant experience in store. Michelle helped us choose our family holiday. We had seen 2 holidays online which we had in mind, but Michelle listened to what we were after as family and she gave us advice of the holidays we'd chosen and we decided they weren't for us. Michelle spent her time searching with us and looking for ideas (this is why going into the store is better than online), there was no pressure to book there and then and Michelle encouraged us to have some thinking time to make sure its what we wanted from the options given. I went back two days later and booked our holiday, Michelle also shared our excitement. This is our second holiday booking with Tui and Michelle. If you want a relaxed, friendly approach then go in the store. There really is no pressure just helpful advice, and they can also give their own experience from the other staff in store. So I must also thank Owen for sharing his own personal experience of his holiday to the resort we have chosen. Thanks again, we can't wait! See you all soon

Fantastic experience: I can't thank Michelle at TUI Newark enough for her exceptional service today. We were originally due to fly to Kos today but unfortunately the holiday was cancelled at the last minute due to the current wildfires in Kardamena. We booked originally online and couldn’t get through on the TUI phonelines due to them being inundated. As a long-shot, we called TUI Newark as this is our local store to see if they could assist. Michelle stepped in and dealt with a stressful situation perfectly. Within an hour of the initial call, Michelle has rearranged our trip to an alternative location in a beautiful hotel. We can’t thank Michelle enough for how she sorted this difficult situation so smoothly. Tui have a real Gem on their hands and we will be sure to deal with her direct for any future trips. Fantastic experience: After weeks of trying to find a suitable first family holiday with a baby, we decided we needed some help! We popped into TUI and luckily found Annie, who found us an amazing holiday to Menorca that ticked all our boxes! She made the whole process so easy and even managed to change the dates when we realised there was a clash. Fantastic experience: I won’t lie - I thought travel agent shops weren’t a thing anymore but I’m so pleased they are. Annie at the Newark TUI branch made booking my first family holiday easy. I first popped in to have a quick chat and then called Annie the next day to book the holiday. She dealt quickly and sufficiently with my tricky requests regarding infant seats and we are now looking forward to a gorgeous all inclusive holiday in Majorca. Fantastic experience: We found a great deal online for a holiday to Rhodes but unfortunately our discount code wasn't working. We phoned the Newark branch (our local TUI) to see if they could help and they were excellent. Kacey took our call and was more than happy to help. She was friendly, informative, bubbly, and had our holiday booked for us with the discount included in less than 20 minutes. I would highly recommend this TUI if you ever need help booking a break.

Fantastic experience: Just came back from goa on a tui flight only and found the service at the airport was fine and have just booked the same dates same flights for next year and the girl helped us find the best seats on the plane for the dates we wanted..all good .just wish head office would stop sending useless emails out all the time even wen were on holiday..

Fantastic experience: Just had an exceptional booking experience via this store with Michelle. She was extremely helpful with clear explanations of all options available and of factors to consider when choosing options. Costs and payment dates were clearly explained along with guidance on other administrative issues such as insurance requirements, passport validity, seat booking etc., and forewarning of a couple of other administrative issues which have to be dealt with on arrival at the destination, which is good to know in advance. Very happy with the efficient help and service - Highly recommended!

We have now booked a second holiday with the Newark team The knowledge displayed by Michelle was invaluable and made all the booking processes simple.
