Fantastic experience: I had my holiday booked by a lovely girl named Paige. She was so sweet and so enthusiastic about my holiday! She showed me some options in my two dream destinations and after asking me what kind of things myself and my partner like to do on holiday, she helped narrow down my options to an amazing hotel. She also helped me with all of my extras including my airport parking. Paige was a dream, and an amazing asset to the team!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing holiday all arranged and booked by Callie Walden. Such a lovely and friendly girl. Couldn’t have been any smoother in terms of the flights, hotel, insurance etc. Also managed to get me all the things I wanted in terms of near a beach, but also not far from a water park. Fantastic experience: I’ve always booked my own holidays, but I spend days going back and forth trying to find the best deals and I get so frustrated with it. I decided to call up instead and ended up booking over the phone with Becci, it was so much easier! Becci was great, she really listened to the type of holiday I’d like and took her time to find us the best hotel, deals and flights for our budget. Fantastic experience: Lauren was absolutely fantastic in helping us book our holiday. She listened to what it was we were looking for and took all the information on board. Lauren gave us alternative options of things we hadn't considered and probably wouldn't have thought of. Lauren was able to look at our situation and find the best fit for us. I would honestly recommend going in to see the team here, rather than just booking online as they can help you think of things that you may not have thought of or considered. I went in with a strong idea of where we were thinking of booking, but as a result of going in and speaking to Lauren we booked a hotel that is a much better fit for our needs and is in a better location for us and was even slightly cheaper! Thank you very much Lauren!!!

I had spent 20 minutes on the phone to the call centre, only to be told that I hadn’t booked, even though the payment was pending in my account. Fantastic experience: Awesome experience with something I find stressful. The travel agent Caitlin could NOT have been more helpful professional, engaging and thorough. Eye contact was maintained throughout the negotiations. Listening to our needs, pinpointing an exact match with only 3 places looked at. We booked there and then without a deal closer like the prices are going up or there are only 2 seats left on the plane. Caitlin offered to do all the bits I struggle with like insurance money (cash) and money cards plus printing out boarding passes. We will be going there first next time.
