Fantastic experience: We recently had our holiday cancelled as our aircraft was unable to land in Dubrovnik due to very high crosswinds and were diverted to Zagreb,after 6 hours on the tarmac there it was apparent that things were not improving we were brought back to the UK as our ship had sailed anyway.A full refund had been promised so I rang the number given to us by TUI only to find that AI is not all it’s cut out to be.I then phoned the Worksop shop and my call was taken by Hannah whom we have had dealings with before and explained our position,within 24 hrs.she got back in touch,complete refund including all of our insurance,we popped into the shop yesterday morning transaction complete. We have booked many holidays in the shop and will continue to do so,the staff are second to none.

Lauren has been absolutely fantastic all the way through ensuring the itinerary was right, flights worked around our needs, hotel were where we needed them. Couldn't have asked for anymore, highly recommend Lauren and the store, first class service from start to finish, can't wait for our trip now. Fantastic experience: Natalie helped us book our holiday to Kos. The recommendations and advice provided and the overall booking process was top quality. Our holiday was outstanding and without any problems, making for a wonderful time to de-stress and relax in the Greek sun. It was incredibly helpful being able to talk to someone with great knowledge on the local tourism, excursions and perks of the various resorts being on offer. Would highly recommend this local store to anyone in the nearby area.

Fantastic experience: Lola was very helpful when booking my holiday to Spain, it was the first time I had booked with TUI and I found Lola to be extremely helpful smiley and calming as I was really quite nervous, Thankyou Lola you are a credit to TUI keep up the good work .

Negative experience: I have always used Tui to get my holiday money and have always had a good rate and very good service. I went to purchase American and Canadian dollars from the Worksop store. Everything went well and we commented how good the service has been in the past. The lady who was serving us thanked us for our comments and informed us she was the manager and that her name was Lola.She informed us that she would have to order the Canadian dollars, but they would be ready for collection in a couple of days. She then informed me that I would receive a text message informing me when they were in store. The days came and went and I received no communication from the store. After 2 weeks I decided to revisit the store. Lola was not in work that day and the staff could not find my order. They looked back at the paperwork and found the order, but could not tell me why my dollars weren’t there. We had to re order and then return 2 days later to collect them.Again the manager was on a break and we were unable to speak to her. I think the manager should get some training from her staff as to how to do the job efficiently and effectively. Not happy that I had to make extra journeys to collect my order.

Fantastic experience: The shop was clean and well furnished and the staff were friendly and efficient. Lola understood our needs and concerns and addressed them fully. All our options were made clear and we were not put under any pressure to decide. Lola was friendly and courteous and nothing was too much trouble for her. I would highly recommend using this TUI shop and am grateful to all its staff. Thanks

Fantastic experience: Booked a package deal to Egypt. A lady called Selina sorted everything out for us. She was a pleasure to talk to and was very understanding of what we wanted. Called in today to tell her about our holiday and she was genuinely happy that we had the best time. We are hopefully going back to Egypt later in the year and will definitely let Selina sort everything out for us. 1st class service

Fantastic experience: I would like to pass on our thanks to Natalie who helped me and my husband on Monday afternoon. We had returned from an amazing holiday to a complete disaster at home and to realise we had the wrong baggage. We came into store for some advice and she was so helpful it was a refreshing change. She went over and above in my opinion and I wish to pass this on to the appropriate person. This should be acknowledged, it's so hard at times to receive good customer service, on this day we received outstanding service. We often use your store to book our holidays and will continue to do so.

Fantastic experience: The second time we have booked through Levi at Tui Worksop. She is very helpful and dedicated to finding the right holiday to suit you. 4 years ago we went to Sorrento. This time we wanted to go to Porec in Croatia, but to be able to visit other locations via bus and boat trips. She helped us find the perfect location for our budget ,checking the distance from the town and beach, reviews of food and hotels etc, if the hotel had decent wifi. We chose Hotel Mediteran. Playa Laguna . We all thoroughly enjoyed it. 2 adults and 2 hard to please teens. Will definitely use this shop again.

Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with Lola over the last week, sorting out a trip to Cuba. Lola was great to deal with, friendly and knowledgeable, taking a genuine interest in making sure I was happy. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service I received from a high street chain, very pleased, would definitely recommend the team in Worksop.

Fantastic experience: First of all I would like to say a big thank you to Lola Quibell, Manager Worksop, for all your hard work, time and effort that you put in to make our cruise the best possible, you are a credit to Tui. Our cruise was on the 02/05/23 coming back on 09/05/23. we sailed on Discovery 2 on the Med. The cruise itself was excellent, the staff on board was cheerful, helpful and nothing was too much for them. The food could of been better but most of the time it was good to eat. The excursion was good and very informative. Now for the bad points, Tui airport staff are useless, we was meant to fly at 0600hrs but was delayed for nearly two hours in this time no one rom Tui came forward with an explanation or even an apology, when it was stated which gate we was to go to everyone rushed to it, at this Tui airport staff had no idea what to do which just caused more confusion. Tui you need to sort out your airport staff and train them properly so that they know what to do and say as they are a disgrace to Tui. We will travel again with Tui and will do another cruise with them, just hope airport staff are better next time. Again a heartfelt thank goes out to Lola Quibell

Fantastic experience: We went into Tui Worksop today to slightly alter our holiday booking. We were dealt with a lovely young lady called Hollie. Although she is a trainee she was very professional and pleasant. She hadn't done before what we needed altering so asked for help from her manager Lola. We couldn't have asked for better service from either of them. Both these ladies are a credit to tui Worksop. Everything was explained to us in full before the 'confirmed' button was hit. Fantastic experience: Me and my partner recently visited TUI in Worksop and were assisted by Levi. Levi was very helpful at finding us a holiday that met our criteria and budget. Levi was professional throughout, she had a lot of knowledge about various locations which helped us feel confident when booking our holiday. Levi was really friendly and made us feel relaxed during our visit to the store, she gave us a great service and we would not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends.
