Fantastic experience: I could not believe the service was so amazing. I got screwed by the airlines and was stuck at the airport due to a very unfortunate set of circumstances. While at the airport, I found Flights Travel on Google and I could not believe that their prices were literally 50% less than the airlines directly. I wasn't sure if it was legit, but I took a gamble...and guess what? IT PAID OFF. Nick Johnson called me directly and offered me an even better flight than what I had asked for. I could not believe it, they offer a concierge service at less of a price than the airlines. I'll be booking more flights for sure!

Fantastic experience: First, I was scared as I was not familiar with the website. So as a normal buyer, I checked online if they are legit and made sure that I won’t be scammed. And I should have believed all genuine 5 star reviews here. Second, the promotion is so true, they can really offer the best and cheapest flights. Thirdly, The live chat is very useful. Mr. Nick Jones helped me all thru the way. Many thanks to this person, transaction was done with a lot of ease. He asked for my email/phone number, messaged me on my email & also called me, assured me that everything will be secured. Sure enough, I didn’t have to give my bank details over the phone. instead , he sent an email to me where i can confirm all passnger details.. then the link has taken me to their website to enter my card details which is very secured. Saving card details for future use is optional. What else can I say? Please have no more doubts. I cannot recommend them enough! I have saved almost £3,500 for my family airline tickets, and also he managed to get a better airline for us. God bless everyone!

Fantastic experience: First class customer service. My advisor - Nick Johnson was proactive and tenacious in bringing an issue to my attention. It was a complex problem that could have been stressful but he expertly investigated and resolved the issue to ensure I bore no additional cost or stress. Really appreciated how much he leaned in to ensure that I had am optimum experience.

Negative experience: Sadly not followed through and put pressure on for a google review, which I was quite happy to give, but then didn't give me anything. Was told to wait 24hrs too. Bizarre! Real shame

Negative experience: Booking numbers differ from actual flight with British Airways. Have requested information and clarification about my trip but have received no reply. My e-ticket also had an extra flight that wasn’t part of my initial purchase. Upon asking why that other, unrelated flight was there I got no response. Book directly through your airline. Not this.

We received immediate confirmation and Simon went above and beyond to expedite the tickets being issued. He even through in some extras for free. Extremely efficient and very kind. Although Google Flight and Skyscanner show attractive prices, when you try to book it, there is likely that the agent booking your ticket can cause the issue. I have had a few issues earlier. Hence I prefer FlightsTravel over other agents. Jack has helped me multiple times to find a ticket with suitable options. Obviously Jack not only offered the cheapest fare as compared to any other online travel agent but also he makes sure that I do not face any problems during the travel or is always on help in case of any issue even after booking a ticket. Jack is my go-for man for booking air tickets, and I am very pleased to get his help with flight books. I just booked once again for my whole family. Thank you very much once again. Fantastic experience: I searched for flights on Skyscanner and found FlightsTravel was offering a much cheaper fare for one way journey to the USA as compared to other competitors. Firstly, I was suspicious of their one-way fares, so I called them to double confirm. Jack promptly picked up the call and confirmed the same fare for my travel date as it was displayed on their website and further confirmed it does not matter whether you book online or on call, the fare is the same. So, I have decided to book online with the credit card payment to be on the safe side, you know. I was pleasantly surprised that my flight was with a Hold luggage of 23kg as well. Booking went smoothly on the website and received the ticket the same day. I further received a courtesy call from Jack to check if everything is correct which was great. Highly recommend.

They are also happy to price match if you find cheaper tickets somewhere else. In our case, we had to cancel our flight 2 hrs before our scheduled departure. However Anuj Mittal really helped us to get it rescheduled with the same airline and helped us to save £100 per person. He spent a lot of time with airlines to make this happen. He also suggested us what would be the best option to get cheaper tickets. Overall I am really happy with the service Flights travel has been providing so far.
