Fantastic experience: Had a great pleasure of travelling to Iraq with Bilal tours. Brother Hussain was very helpful throughout our journey making sure all arrangements were pre planned for ziyarats to Baghdad, Karbala and Najaf. Taxi from airport to Hotel was via VIP passage so we didn't had to go through additional security checks. Highly recommend Bilal tours for their exceptional service and affordable prices.

Fantastic experience: Booked our Umrah trip in July and the service and contact from start to finish was great. Everything we asked for in our package was provided. We were in contact with brother whilst away and contact numbers and images of vehicles for our transfers were sent to us which really helped. Fantastic experience: I cannot praise or thank Bilal Tours enough for their help in organising our Umrah trip in April (apologies for my late review!). It was all last minute as we decided on going straight after Ramadhan but after giving all of our preferences (date/time of travel, DIRECT flights etc) Mohammed Hussain took it all on board & found us a 5* package in less than 24hrs. Our preferences were pretty specific but Alhamdulillah not only did Mohammed Hussain oblige, he exceeded our expectations to the next level. He even managed to upgrade us to better hotels & rooms specifically close to the Haram as per our request. The planning of everything was incredibly flawless that we had no issues or worries during our entire stay – everything was booked for us including: · ALL of the transports to/from (Saudi) airports & travelling from Makkah to Medina. · The Ziyarah trips in both cities which were incredible especially the one in Medina which lasted hours! We were taken to places we’ve only heard about but to experience it was just amazing. · The breakfast at both hotels were perfect! My dad was most grateful! · Given WhatsApp numbers of the drivers whilst there so we were able to keep in contact with them directly. · Provided a short helpful clip of where to meet our driver on our initial arrival & where to purchase our SIM's – so useful! · Kept in touch with Mohammed Hussain if we had any queries, which he responded to most promptly & professionally despite the time difference. Positive experience: Alhamdulillah with the Grace of the Almighty my husband and I have just returned from Hajj with Bilal Tours. A father and son duo (Hafez Salim & Moulana Muhammed), managing a group of approx 100 pilgrims this year with the guide of Dr Hafiz Ather Hussain. Subhanallah an amazing experience thanks to the group leaders who are extremely humble, genuine and down to earth. Not an ounce of arrogance, superiority or anything as such. Other group leaders amongst us during Hajj days were heard to be aggressive, dictating and militant… Bilal Tours had a family aura about them, and this helped by being a smaller group. Communication was accurate and only released once they were certain of the information received from Albait. They guide and advise you, but don’t enforce anything ie your requests and suggestions are respected. Due diligence is needed as a traveller, it’s not a school trip; they don’t hold your hand every step of the way. You have to use your initiative and understand if something doesn’t go according to plan, then it is usually out of the group leaders control. It would have been nice to have a female scholar/ guide. At times, particularly in Mina it felt isolated as the males were getting inspirational talks and beneficial knowledge. Other groups who did have female guides around us, would gather their groups, initiate and encourage zikar and taleem time. The group chat we had was initially used for key information and announcements only. Very professional and prompt. Once the Hajj days began, the chat was opened for members to discuss openly. This eliminated repetitive / silly / irrelevant questions or comments prior to our spiritual journey. But also took away the chance for members to bond, get to know each other and liaise for general day to day info (before the journey started and up until the Hajj days). Despite my points above, it was Alhamdulillah a great experience with this group. A well orchestrated journey of a lifetime which could have only happened thanks to the organisation, care and good intentions of the group leaders, father and son, Hafiz Salim and Maulana Muhammed; accompanied by the fountain of knowledge from Dr Hafiz Ather. They provided us with excellent service from start to finish, they went above and beyond to help make our trip easy and comfortable. An example of this was being greeted at the airport by one of there tour operators, this was very early in the morning and he accompanied us to our hotel. Before picking us up, he had already visited the hotel and checked in for us, this was very convenient for us with young children. The travel and accommodation arrangements were perfectly arranged, this includes clean hotels, transportation and flights. They were in constant contact checking in and offering tips to help make our stay comfortable. Highly recommended to book your Hajj or Umrah trip with them, you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem Alhamdulillah, I simply cannot say enough good things about Bilal Hajj and Umrah Tours. We have done both Hajj and Umrah with them, in 2016 and 2024 respectively. Both times the service has been of the highest standard. Our Hajj experience in 2016 is one that me and my wife will cherish forever, and Bilal Tours played a huge role in that. The planning and organisation of the trip from start to finish from Hafez Salim and team was absolutely flawless, allowing us to have an incredible spiritual experience without any hiccups. Our every need was catered for and we were well looked after throughout, with our group having a really strong family vibe to it which is rare to find amongst Hajj groups. As a result of this fantastic experience, Bilal Tours were my first consideration when we made intention to perform Umrah this (2024) year, now with 2 young children (aged 5 and 3). I contacted Hafez Moulana Muhammad Hussain via text and phone call, and in all my dealings with him he portrayed only the best character and service that one could hope for, answering all of my queries and concerns with the utmost patience and understanding. He even went to additional lengths to cater for some of our specific requests where he could, such as flying from a different airport and us deciding to change the date of our departure numerous times. Nothing seemed like it was any trouble for him which was really comforting as a customer. During the trip, Hafez Moulana Muhammad Hussain was constantly available, coordinating with our drivers to ensure smooth transfers and keeping us updated despite the time difference. He even provided us with some invaluable contacts for Ziyarat tours that enhanced our experience immensely. Many people these days are choosing to go for DIY packages and that is understandable in order to cut out the middle man, however I can only speak based on my own experience and say that if I was to travel to the blessed lands again, I would choose Bilal Tours as my first and preferred option in a heartbeat. Out of interest, I did actually do a mock DIY package after booking our Umrah trip with Bilal Tours to see how competitive they were, and whilst I was able to get the cost down to something similar to what what they were offering, I would have had to severely compromise on flight quality (long stopovers etc.) and hotel quality (3 star vs. 5 star, much futher from Haramain etc). So whilst you might be able to save a few pounds, you will never get the same quality or reassuring service as you would from Bilal Tours or any other reputable travel agent. I have written this review based on my personal experience and I am in no way affiliated with Bilal Tours other than being a completely satisfied customer. Fantastic experience: Bilal Hajj and Umrah Tours arranged our Summer 2024 Umrah. Alhamdulilah our experience with them was great. We are very happy with the service we were provided with. Especially how they did not over promise anything and were honest. They were very well prepared and patient with us too and did not force us to make any decisions straight away unlike other travel agents who are very eager. Would highly recommend them for Umrah/Hajj planning as they took care of everything and would contact us when necessary rather than us having to contact them for updates. Fantastic experience: My wife and I performed Hajj this year (2024), we selected the Bilal Hajj & Umrah Tours package offered by Al Bait Guests and I can absolutely say it was a great and fulfilling experience end to end. The Hajj itself was not an easy task to complete but Hafiz Salim and Hafiz Muhammad Hussein we feel, went above and beyond to maintain a supportive and enriching journey that can only be achieved by a team with deep knowledge and experience. We were a big group of around 140 people, but it never felt like this was a burden for the team, even with all the challenges Hajj brings these days from registration and booking to logistics and communication. I can safely say Bilal Tours kept us at ease throughout the journey, informing us with what was needed at every step. Their communication and coordination with us (primarily via a whatsapp Group) was excellent, we always knew what was happening ahead of time. The team that supported Bilal Tours, including a number of Huffaz and a Scholar (Dr Ather) were excellent, they coached us prior to performing Hajj while in Aziziyah, during times of Ziyarah's they gave us a beautifully deep understanding of places and events, I feel we were lucky to be in such great and knowledgeable company. Fantastic experience: I had the honour of being invited to and attending Hajj. I had booked the package through Nusuk with Bilal Tours. From the pre and post booking process they were pretty much on the ball with everything and kept everyone informed of the booking stages via a dedicated WhatsApp group. Always being available and being quick to respond to queries and working tirelessly in the background to troubleshoot. They had provided a seminar for those in the group which was informative and provided an overview of the itinerary and what to expect. This was of course attended by renowned scholars. Fast forward to the journey. From landing to departing, the itinerary was well organised and importantly stuck to the plan. The guys at Bilal Tours were always available and tirelessly working during all hours. The tours provided were excellent, however felt the one in Madinah had overrun and we didn’t get much time at the site of Mount Uhud and felt that some places we had to drive by as opposed to getting the opportunity to step outside. The 3 days in Madinah was not enough but that is the mercy of the package provided by Nusuk. The journey from our Aziziyah hotel to Jeddah airport was delayed by quite some time and felt like a rollercoaster. Again, this was out of Bilal Tours hands and due to traffic on arrival and possibly a new joiner having a bit of fun. I can’t fault the team as they kept calm and were always on hand and approachable in the face of issues that other people had faced during their journey. Fantastic experience: Bilal Hajj and Umrah Tours ltd arranged Umra Oct/Nov 2023 for me and my family, 6 members. To be honest they went above and beyond expectation to fulfill our requirements. The hotels in Makka and Medina were literally outside the holy sites, the transportation (Toyota Proace Verso van 9 seats) was very comfortable and the driver always turned up earlier than expected. The prices were very affordable and the service were outstanding. They contacted us regularly and assisted us with anything we needed at the time like language translation etc. Alhamdulilah very satisfied customer - my advice to you is to let Bilal Hajj and Umrah Tours ltd arrange your visit because they are one of the best for what they do in regards to price and service. Everything was smoothly organised starting from our trip at the airport to Makkah, our journey from Madinah to Makkah, and then back to the airport for our trip home. Negative experience: Unfortunately my views differ entirely with my umrah trip via bilal Hajj and umrah tours. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. Details of the reasons are listed below plus general advice to save you time and money Umrah was amazing but the service I recieved via bilal hajj and umrah was terrible. The main reasons were 1. Wanted a kaaba view got a box room with a corner view of the haram not the actual kaba. 2. I booked a five star package and paid an additional 2000gbp for wife and two young children and although the hotels were 5* the rooms were the most basic and soo small I had to upgrade both in makkah and madina. In makkah I paid nearly 2500 riyal (over 500pounds)out of my own pocket as the hotel said we gave what was booked and the agent was not willing to accept or absorb any additional costs for a better room. What is the point in booking a 5* if you get a room which are smaller than the 3* and you are paying more 3. Transport from the airport when arriving was a joke. Your running around trying to get in contact with the taxi driver so you have to buy a sim register then contact the driver? This took another hour in the airport. I'm sorry but this is unacceptable. You are paying for transport so you shouldn't be running around yourself. The driver should make contact with you not vise versa 4. The ziyaarah guides in makkah and madinah were not very knowledgeable and had very basic knowledge 5. The ziyaarah driver in madina had a filthy vehicle arrived late and the vehicle even kept on overheating 6. Again in madina had to upgrade as the room was even smaller than the one in makkah. Paid another 500 riyal (100pounds)out of my own pocket so the wife and kids could be comfortable 7. When we finished our trip he arranged for us to be dropped off at the airport 5hrs before the flight. However all other people in the were not arriving till 2hrs before making the return back very difficult for the kids why I don't know as madinah airport was only 30mins drive from the hotel. Muhammad (explanation was it may be busy etc) which if true should have done the same with the other 45people on the block booking which he did not. My advice for anyone booking for UMRAH. Kaaba view and haram view are not the same. The agent will play with their words to get you into a cheaper room and you will not have a kaaba view. So Book a basic room at the hotel you like and once there upgrade so you don't pay twice like me and can actually view the room yourself before handing over any money. Don't bother using their transport it is much quicker and easier once you have checked out the airport to go straight outside and get a taxi. Otherwise you have to run around buy a sim contact the driver and then try and find each other. This wastes so much time. Don't use their ziyaarah tour guides. Most of the taxi drivers can do the tours. Will charge you less and give you a better service. In summary book the most basic package but not through this company as they will try to take advantage. If you express your views they will throw the religious card and say things like "oh your in the most blessed land and your in the city of the prophet" yes we are but you have been paid to provide a service you need to uphold this and correct it if something is wrong or you have done wrong you need to put your hand up and admit your mistake and fix it not make excuses and lie about things not being discussed. Note. I met another brother who recognised me from the flight. He also shared the same view as me as he had booked through the same company and said he would never use this company again due to the disappointment he felt from the service he recieved. I request anyone who has had a bad experience to share their views so these reviews reflect the actual company profile and either they sort themselves out (which I doubt) or to forewarn people to stay away from this company. I had uploaded my receipts of the additional charges I had to pay in both hotels and the view of the room which was booked by the agent.
