Fantastic experience: We booked a holiday with Beth in the Camborne store and she was a great help. We looked online but we couldn't make a decision and with going into the store, Beth showed us a few holidays and helped us make a decision on one which didn't take too long. We can't wait for our holiday now! Thanks again.

Fantastic experience: Not the Biggest Fan of Tui, however the staff at this branch are fab! and have really made my trust in Tui grow and i would 100% recommend using this branch to book your next holiday. You can clearly see from the reviews compared to other stores this branch should be awarded. Fantastic experience: Thankyou Samantha Kearney for not only taking the time going through all my options when taking my large family group to Disneyland Paris next year but for also getting us booked up & making our booking so easy & stress free while still making sure we got the most out of our trip with a fantastic price xx . Can highly recommend this young lady, she was so positive and helpful she really seemed to want to make the best trip for us & gave me lots of advice for the holiday itself , her positive attitude made it seem all the more magical . Nothing was an issue and if I asked any questions after , i always got a very swift reply back explaining it in full . Must admit I’ve never booked with tui before always been a quick online booking company and this has totally changed my mind on having that personal service and getting everything you want from a holiday so I will defo be booking again in future via tui Camborne & Sam of course

Fantastic experience: We booked a cruise with Danielle Benney in the camborne branch,She was very informative and answered all our questions thoroughly. She gave us recommendations on excursions and said she would let us know when to come in to have passport checks. Danielle also recommended the type of insurance to take and went through step by step with a video so we were 100%sure on our travel insurance. So if you are looking to book a holiday go into camborne branch and ask to see Danielle.

Fantastic experience: Great experience with TUI Camborne. We had a chat with Marie and told her what we wanted. She advised a few places and we settled on Rhodes town. We loved the holiday, Marie's recommendation was spot on. Great knowledge and great customer service.

Fantastic experience: Booked many holidays with the girls in the Camborne branch over the years. Always greeted with a friendly smile and always happy to help you with booking your holiday and sorting any problems or extras needed during the process. Nothing is too much trouble for them! Special thanks to Sam for sorting a room query out on our latest booking to ensure there were no problems at check in on our arrival. If you book online and you need to make any changes etc you need to make these changes yourself but if you go see the girls in store and book through them they will be more than happy to sort any issues! Fantastic experience: Beth answered my call after just three rings - most impressive given that it was after 5pm on a Saturday afternoon. I explained that I'd hit a problem with TUI's online booking system and Beth offered to make the booking for me at the online price. She was very professional and efficient, but also friendly and helpful. I can now look forward to a two-week holiday in Tenerife this coming December!

Fantastic experience: I popped into Tui in camborne after having our holiday cancelled by an online company, Danni was free to help. I had ideas in mind which were mainly led by my fussy Yorkshireman husband, he wasn't with me when I went in the first time but  danni was able to create a list of great ideas based on the info I gave.  On the Saturday we then both went in and he came away lighter on the wallet but really happy with the choice. Danni and the other girls were all really friendly and you could tell they were all really passionate about their jobs.... I haven't booked with a store travel agent for probably 10 years. Fantastic experience: I met with Danii in the Camborne store yesterday. She was amazing with recommendations, fun and very helpful. Holiday was booked with no problems and I was informed of everything. Amazing service as always on my previous booked holidays .

Negative experience: Only gave one star because otherwise I could not write review. I bought euros in camborne branch paid by credit card and i was never made aware that paying by credit card I might get extra charges (spoke with staff in my bank and l been told this is not first time someone came to the bank and said exactly the same thing about your branch that u are not making people aware of possible charges if paying by credit card... poor customer service.!! ) Now I was charged £50 money fee as well as £267 interest rate . Absolutely disappointed and annoyed with branch and staff.

Fantastic experience: Always book in the Camborne Tui as the staff are so helpful, friendly and give good advice on our holidays. We have booked with Danni on several occasions and because of her helpfulness, we both always come out smiling.

Fantastic experience: We normally book online but having been in the Camborne branch previously and talked to some of the girls there we decided to do our booking through a TUI agent. We booked with Danielle who was extremely patient and helpful. Such a pleasant experience to deal with a 'human'. All the girls there are pleasant.

Fantastic experience: We travel 30 miles each way to use Tui Camborne branch because all of the staff are really pleasant especially Mica who is so helpful, having had problems with our last 2 holiday bookings,sorted us out in a calm professional way taking all the stress away from 2 OAPs . Fantastic experience: We recently visited the shop whilst we was visiting Cornwall on holiday! We wanted to book an holiday for our honeymoon. Danielle and her team was absolutely fantastic. They found is a cruise & advised tui it was out " honeymoon" we arrived on the ship and we had been upgraded! Absolutely fantastic!
