Fantastic experience: Me and my husband went to tui castleford today with an idea of where we wanted to have our family holiday this summer. Adele was very welcoming and talked us through our options. She helped find us a great deal,in a perfect location for us,which had all the activities/facilities we wanted for our two teens. She has a depth of knowledge on different resorts making it an easy decision. All together a great experience and will definitely book our next holiday with them.

Negative experience: I was treat dreadfully by TUI they lied to me and when I decided to cancel because it was not the holiday I wanted they promptly refused to give me back my deposit They made so many errors too many to mention I would never travel with them again Jet 2 on the other hand are absolutely amazing cannot fault them

Fantastic experience: Neil Waddington, 03 October 2023 I rang Tui Castleford this morning re booking holiday to Dom Rep. I already had the holiday saved in my basket online with TUI but had a few questions that I needed answering which cannot be done on line. So, I rang the Castleford branch and was answered by a lovely pleasant person called Tracey. She was extremely helpful and answered all my questions and booked the holiday for me there and then in a matter of minutes over the phone with no hassle and at a better price than on-line. Tracy even put down special requests for me and all my holiday details were emailed to me as we were still speaking. It was probably the easiest holiday booking I have made. I also ordered some euros for a holiday to Lanzarote as I found out to my surprise that that their exchange rate was better than Asda where I always go. thanks Tracey very much appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Always get a welcome when going in the store. We cruise up to 4 times a year and Tracey (Hayward) helps us plan our back to back cruises. We don’t like booking online and appreciate the advice we receive to get us exactly what we want. We get peace of mind dealing in store and if we have a query we just pop in and nothing is ever too much of a problem.

Negative experience: Do not use TUI for money I ordered mine 3 weeks before I was going away, when I went in to get it the day before they had not even ordered it, and all they said was really sorry but it hasn't been ordered no solution nothing.
