Fantastic experience: My partner Carol and myself went into the TUI FALKIRK shop yesterday to get information about a holiday in Torremolinos. We were assisted by a lovely advisor called Cody and we got answers to all of our questions followed by a price which was far better than other travel agents locally. Negative experience: We booked a tui villa holiday that was a year before we were due to actually go to a villa in Menorca. Long story short a month ago we found out that we had been moved to a different villa in a place we would never have even considered booking, so we had to cancel. We got NO explanation why or offered anything for our inconvenience, the branch manager never even came out from through the back area to apologise or anything. What a shocking lack of customer service. Have used tui villa holidays for years but never again.

Fantastic experience: Always received good service in Falkirk store. When your Alloa branch closed was delighted to see Lyndsay had moved there. She is very knowledgeable and knows what type of holiday we want and always steers us in the right direction.

She contacted us without us asking her to & made us aware about the great price our upcoming cruise was being offered at. (She knows we love a bargain). We have booked all our holidays with her & she knows what we like. Hollie then organised premium flights & a cabin upgrade for us, at such a fabulous price. She always goes above and beyond. Hollie is a lovely young women who knows how to do her job. She’s an excellent travel agent & an absolute delight to deal with.

So glad I did as every one of the girls working that day were so knowledgeable and super friendly.
