Negative experience: We've booked here a couple of times and been on some great holidays. However there is one man who works there that is just so rude and unhelpful. Last year we went to him first, but he was so arrogant and rude we left and came back later when a different agent was free, she was great. we went in Again today and the same rude behaviour. We told him we were looking at two countries and had a hotel in mind for both but wanted to see what price he could get these at for a party of 12 He basically gave us some mags and told us pick one place and come back so we dont and I quote "waste his time" well we ended up going tompsons, gave them the same info and straight away she got both hotels up, told us about both locations and hotel facilites to help us narrow our choice and found us a great quote then went one step further and phoned around to get us a cheaper price. Great customer service and really helped us narrow down what we wanted and booked straight away. Never going oasis travel again
