Fantastic experience: Masha-Allah. First time visiting the holy lands of Palestine. Our tour guide brother Dawud was exceptional. We visited all the blessed and historical sites around Al Aqsa complex & visited the Prophets and Messengers of Allah most high. We also visited some of the holy companions of the beloved salallahu alayhi wasallam. Upon every site and personality we visited brother Dawud provided us with a detailed and historical account of each to help us really connect & appreciate the places we were at or the great personalities we were in presence of. Would have been nice to have an additional day or two. Other than everything was amazing. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I travelled to Palestine with Quba tours from 15th-19th March with my mum. Travelling together, we were nervous and had our reservations on how smooth the trip would be as it was our first time travelling without any other family members. I am immensely grateful with how fantastic the experience was thanks to Quba tours. With the help of Dawood who was incredibly supportive throughout; he demonstrated a high level of knowledge and experience of the area and so we felt looked after & in safe hands. Saima was also brilliant throughout - she went above and beyond to give us a seamless experience which was both intellectually stimulating & enjoyable. I can't express how comforting it was to be led by 2 lovely, friendly & honest people who managed our expectations so well so we weren't caught off guard by any additional checks at the airport or on the tour itself. I'm very grateful to Quba tours for being efficient, transparent & reliable and would definitely travel with them again in the future.

Fantastic experience: I have just returned from a trip to AL Aqsa with Quba tours. Wow and wow amazing four days fun filled and so much knowledge from the tour guides Dawud and saima, so much to see and we was was well informed through out the tour of all the places we had visited, both tour guides were lovely and saw to all your needs big are small, couldn't of asked to go with anyone better and more informed. The place it's self is just breathtaking. The emotions that take over while your there are just unexplainable, to the palastine people so happy and smiling with so much love and peace in there hearts was lovely, they so welcoming, and through out the whole trip never encountered any problems entering any of the places of worship. The hotel was lovely and near by and food was also lovely. Again big thank you to Dawud and Saima.

I had looked at a few other tour providers and even a private packages but the costs were very to high. I went with Quba Tours on recommendation and alhumdulilla everything went smoothly with no major issues.

Negative experience: I didn't book through quba tours, booked through Aftab tours but they're all one big group. Wouldnt recommend either of them. Literally took money off us for nothing. Took us there and left us there. 1st night was told there isn't a room for me and had to go to another hotel. Then on the tours they were just leaving all the elderly and the women and children behind without even looking back to see if the group was still together. I took it upon myself to ensure everyone was going the right way. Terrible service. Avoid.

Negative experience: A very horrible experience travelling to Al Aqsa with this group. The leader Maulana Dawood is nothing but a conman who was very quick to take money for the booking but could not deliver the service. The whole trip was a shambles with very poor organisation, treatment and no remorse from him. Showed no care or compassion even to the elderly who struggled. When confronted Dawood would ignore you and walk away. May Allah protect us from people who use religion as a tool to make money. Save your money and don't travel with them The 5 star reviews are from family and friends.

Negative experience: Asalaamalaykum. I would like to address the trip that we have just returned from as I believe that there are certain things that need to be addressed. Alhamdulillah we were able to visit Al Aqsa. In my opinion and this is also the consensus of the group, the times outside of visiting the Al Aqsa compound was shambolic. I am not sure if if was your first trip out of the country or if it was your first time leading a group, or your first trip to Palestine, but it was very apparent that organisation and communication is not a strong skill set of yours or the other chap who was supposedly leading the trip with you. We tried on several occasions to communicate with you but you blatantly seemed to ignore us by just walking off in the opposite direction. I understand that you may have a lot going on with other members of the group, however, it is YOUR responsibility for all the individuals as leader of the group. We are quite an autonomous and independent group and we did not need hand holding - a simple brief the night before, and at breakfast, could have resulted in a lot of these problems that we did face (coach, hotel bookings, etc) being avoided/prevented. It is your job to lead the group by example, and to enforce a level of discipline and accountability. The time that was spent at the holy places and maqams was short-lived, rushed, unorganised and without much in the way of an explanation, save for the Palestinian tour guide Isaac, who if, in my opinion, was not present, would have made the trip even more difficult. It seems more time was spent going to shops and dealing with you wondering around like a headless chicken. The accommodation we stayed at was different to the hotel that we were expecting and were told about by yourself, prior to leaving the country. I will not address the debacle that was the last day, but the fact that you were able to infuriate the drivers, nearly cost us our trip back to the airport, and ultimately home. I think the problem you gave to those brothers will not be forgotten any time soon. Overall being part of your group was a negative experience for me, and for the other brothers who joined me. We feel cheated by you and Aftab, as people who were considered teachers/leaders, I would say quite frankly that the IDF gave me and the others less grief, than the issues we experienced due to your performances. There appears to have been a level of deceit we were not expecting and a lack of both transparency and honesty from you. Having seen the dormant accounts you have submitted on the Companies House website, it’s little wonder the experience we have had was the way it was. I understand that we need to earn, but running a tour company and filing documentation which states you have earned a £1 a year? Well what about the fees paid by every member of the group. We would like a part refund due to the lies and poor handling of this tour. May Allah (swt) guide you to be better for future visits and to just be a more decent person all round. I myself will not be recommending your company, or yourself, to any of my friends or family. We would be happy to deal with this privately and recieve a refund for the poor service you’ve provided. If we don’t hear a response within 7 days we’ll assume you’re not willing to cooperate in which case we’ll be forced to escalate the matter to HMRC, the media and atol just to name a few. If anyone wants more information, feel free to contact me. AVOID!

Fantastic experience: I shortlisted 4 tour companies and went with the cheapest quote which was Quba tours. The package offered 4* to 5* hotels Breakfast Included, transport and ziyarah at both holy cities. Initially I had my doubts as I thought this may not live up to my expectations due to the price point. however I was pleasantly surprised. the whole journey was organised accurately and precisely. All transport contacted me well in advance to inform of driver details including the car and pickup/drop off times. I would also like to add the transport organised was 5*, cars were large and comfortable to accommodate all journeys. I cannot fault Quba tours, as ease of access was number one. I will be using Quba tours in the future In sha Allah.

Fantastic experience: A wonderful Umrah experience! It was my first Umrah and I was nervous but Prof. Masood sb. was leading the group and he guided throughout the trip. The whole trip was planned superbly! The turkish airline was good and there was minimal stop over duration both sides. The accomodation (Mysk Touch) in Madinah was literally steps away from Masjid-e-Nabwi. Simply cross the road and you would be in Haram pak. Similalrly, Anjum Hotel in Makkah was just 5 minutes walk from Haram pak. I couldn't have asked for a better trip. It was amazingly planned and managed by brother Dawood!

Fantastic experience: I recently booked a 'last minute' tour with brother Dawud from Quba Tours-he is a trustworthy brother and provided an invoice soon after my first payment. I was able to contact him regularly before I went away and he was very accommodating and patient with my need to tweak the flights etc. I expected the tour + details of the ziyarats to be complicated but actually all you need is one contact when you arrive who is readily contactable and handles all of the logistics and ziyarats, apart from that you just need to handle the flight info and hotel info, so the whole tour was very simple overall and no major issues arose. The contacts were dependable and the drivers arrived on time with good communication. Arranging the tour through Dawud took a lot of the stress out of the trip for a first-timer like me. I felt Dawud had the experience to organise my trip perfectly within the limited time scale that I had and it worked out nicely in the end alhamdulillah. The hotels were very nice and conveniently located masha'Allah. I had no problems asking Dawud questions, and found him to be an approachable brother if I wanted to raise an issue or ask for his advice.
