Fantastic experience: We went into tui a couple of weeks back and we had a lovely welcome from a young lady called Holly, we told her what we would like and she did not disappoint she found us a amazing deal she was so reassuring with everything and the made the whole experience an exciting one we left so happy and excited for the holiday she was very polite and I would highly recommend going to Holly as she will find you everything you was looking for and more!

Fantastic experience: We have recently booked a holiday for November 2025, however we have had a change of heart on the destination, we went into the TUI branch last week without any idea of where to change the destination too, Catalina was extremely helpful, patient, showing a number of possible destinations and options. Fantastic experience: I can’t tell you how impressed we were with your agent Holly, who helped us book our dream holiday. She was so professional and knowledgeable and tried everything to get us the best deal. She even stayed after her finish time to confirm everything for me. She wasn’t pushy but listened to what we wanted and, due to her wonderful customer service, we have now booked our holiday and extras that were available. It’s very rare these days to get such exemplary customer service, it was like a breath of fresh air, and her multi-tasking skills are amazing! Thank you so much Holly.

Fantastic experience: We had amazing service from Isabelle in store, she spent 3 hours trying to solve some complex issues that had happened and tried her best to sort out a solution. Other elements of TUI we have found difficult, such as no refund despite numerous changes to our holiday, but the in store experience and Isabelle was brilliant.

Fantastic experience: We were looking for a particular hotel and package in Tenerife, so opted to have a face to face visit rather than faff about on the interweb. Spent 10 or 15 minutes with Kathryn, who was very helpful, friendly and puts you at ease. She made a note of all our needs, and after a quick poke about, she came back with a great package for our holiday. Sorted out all our aircraft seats and we're ready to go. You could book your holiday yourself, but you'd miss out on the expertise from people like Kathryn. A great experience from getting in the store to paying our deposit, that's always a bit painful.

Fantastic experience: Jo-anna was so helpful. She was super patient with us, going over the exact requirements for our first family holiday abroad. It was much easier going instore to discuss our needs and she suggested areas we hadn't considered. All of the staff were really friendly. The provided colouring books and pencils to our 3yr old to keep her amused! We would definitely go back in store to book again but for now we are just looking forward to the amazing holiday that Jo-anna found for us.

Fantastic experience: A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away before we had smartphones and laptops going to a travel agent was quite the trip ! Grab the brochure, speak to a member of the team, and come away elated at booking “that trip”. Well today I had the pleasure in travelling back to that place at Tui Superstore, JCT 9 Warrington. Greeted with a beaming smile by Holly and offered a coffee we set about the task of booking a winter break for early 2025. Holly was really engaging, showed a genuine interest and warmth in how my wife and I had arrived at our shortlist. Shared stories ensued of places we had all visited, and other members of the team dropped by sharing their experiences of the places we were thinking of visiting. There is a real feel good factor within this store, and the team atmosphere felt really strong and all connected. We have booked many holidays over the past few years by using Tui website, but today I was reminded of the invaluable help and advice a travel advisor can give. Reassuring, engaging, and a pleasurable experience all round. Thank you Holly and all the team. We will be back

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have recently booked a last minute holiday to Rhodes, for ourselves and our 2 friends. We received great service from Hannah, who offered us great advice about where to stay and where to visit whilst we are on the island. I know its easy enough to book a holiday online nowadays but we really value the advice and travel knowledge we receive from the Warrington store. The staff very often have first hand experience of hotels and destinations, which is really useful, as reviews on TripAdvisor are not verified so can be misleading.

Fantastic experience: We booked our 2025 holiday earlier today with Melissa in the Warrington superstore, she was very informative and helped us to secure the best deal for Mexico. We ended up booking a hotel that she had personally visited, her knowledge was excellent, and we felt very comfortable dealing with her, nothing was too much trouble.

Fantastic experience: We have booked many times with Warrington TUI superstore and quite a few with the very friendly Catalina very helpful nothing too much trouble

Negative experience: We went down there to get our boarding passes for Florida printed out but they said that because we're going to Florida we get our boarding passes when we get to the airport. Unfortunately after doing some research we found out that you have to have your boarding passes printed out before you arrive at the airport so luckily a friend of mine is able to do it for us, so we have been lied to and due to our quick thinking we have sorted the problem out. That's why I have to do this review as I don't like being lied to and finger's crossed everything should go smoothly

Fantastic experience: Recently took my brother on a surprise trip to Los Angeles for his 18th birthday to do Universal Studios Hollywood. Holly at Tui Warrington was very helpful, genuinely nice with great customer service & got me a really good deal I can't thank her enough & we really enjoyed the trip. She gave an ideal recommendation on the hotel & all round great advice for the trip, as did Hannah in the travel money also, would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I recently decided to look for a holiday in Albufeira Portugal as the weather here is rubbish at the moment! We'd had a quick look online but didn't really know whereabouts would be suitable for us. Fortunately for us, we were greeted by Kathryn, who'd actually lived in Albufeira for a spell. Fantastic experience: We received an excellent level of service from Catalina across two days researching suitable destinations for this summer. We had some views in terms of preferred destinations, facilities and budget and Catalina was able to fine tune these into specific details and destinations offering many hints, tips, pros and cons etc along the way. This was very useful as we needed to find a holiday suitable for both youngsters aswell as adults. We spent a few hours with Catalina which was time well spent as we were able to book what we hope is going to be a fantastic holiday. We would like to thank Catalina for the friendly, patient and thorough support we experienced.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience at TUI in Warrington recently. Catalina at the store encouraged me to book experiences for my trip to Salzburg, Austria. She recommended the Sound of Music Tour which was worth every penny! Booking these experiences beforehand was so much easier and gave me a peace of mind during my stay. Fantastic experience: Booked our first family holiday in 19 years and the service from Karen Winstanley at the TUI superstore in Warrington was exemplary! From costing our holiday several different ways to get the best deal for us, to advising with lots of information which seat allocation would be the best on the flight to & from our chosen resort. Karen explained how to use the TUI app and was quite clear with her after service- there isn’t anything that would be too much trouble for her to help with, if I had any queries on the lead up to our holidays. Great service, so knowledgeable a credit to the company, thanks Karen!

Fantastic experience: We booked a ‘special birthday’ holiday with Catalina in TUI Warrington Superstore. We knew the island we wanted to go but not the area.
