Fantastic experience: having booked our big holiday with Tui we decided to try their travel Insurance and Heather and the team at Widnes were fantastic (as usual) and sorted everything out for us. Can go away knowing all is well.

Fantastic experience: Me and my mates are booking a holiday and spoke to Victoria who was very helpful. We tried to book 2 groups of 8, we booked one group but someone else beat us to the other booking. Victoria was great in finding a solution and showed us similar hotels that suited our budget and we were able to put our deposit down.

Fantastic experience: I called into Tui shop to mention problem on a non Tui plane which Tui had hired for our Cyprus flight. Abbé helped a lot and confirmed that it had been forwarded with photos I had taken. Very happy with how she dealt with it.

Fantastic experience: Went into store to book a holiday on Wednesday this week. The staff in the store greeted me with a very warm welcome. The member of staff who looked after me (Lyn) was very helpful and efficient in finding me the perfect holiday for me and my partner. Ended up with a better holiday than I envisioned, at a more than reasonable price. Would definitely choose again.

Fantastic experience: I recently went into the TUI store in widnes and have to say that the experience was brilliant. Heather who helped us was absolutely amazing we had a budget in mind and a rough idea of where we wanted to go. Heather went out of her way to help, she is so knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help. I can't thank her enough we were in there for well over an hour and half and throughout this time Heather went out of her way to find us the holiday we wanted. You can tell how much Heather enjoys her job as her attention to detail and the way she conducted herself was amazing. Heather is a true asset to TUI. I was nervous about booking this cruise as it’s a gift but Rebecca talked me through every option, she spent ages telling me all about the ship, what’s on offer and various price options. Fantastic experience: Thank you for helping us book our holiday - we loved Khao Lak, so serene and quiet, just the right amount of everything. The Khao Lak Bhandari was just perfect, relaxing, quiet, and the staff were the most gracious I’ve ever met. Phuket was a culture shock after a week in Khao Lak! It was busy and vibrant! The Avista Grande was beautiful, but lacked the personal touches that the Bhandari offered. Nothing bad, just a shock to the system! Thank you as well, for the recommended tours! We had once in a lifetime experiences, that I will always remember! We will be back! I could spam you with a million photos, but you know how magical it is! The Wilson’s

Fantastic experience: Oh wow where do I start? Me and my fiancé popped in whilst shopping on a Saturday. After walking in, it was so busy but was approached quickly by Lee with all smiles. We provided our contact number and within the hour we got a call to come back. So glad we did too. We normally booked our holidays online but this was something special. From the beginning to the end the customer service was amazing, we really cannot fault them. Rachael was our agent she was amazing, her customer service, we laughed so much, talked so much and her knowledge and experience shone through. With the amazing help of Rachael After over 2 hours in store and lots of destination research, she helped us pick, and secured our dream honeymoon destination!! It was the most unplanned yet magical day and experience. Honestly this place and the amazing lovely staff deserves the best! Fantastic experience: I’ve recently had to rearrange a holiday at short notice which I’d booked online and which was inside the 60 day window for penalty fees to apply. The team have been extremely helpful over the past 3 weeks in managing to resolve the issue with the online booking team and ultimately ensure I was able to rebook for next year. The whole team are an asset to TUI and I’ll ensure that all further holidays booked with the business are completed in store due to the excellent customer service received.

Fantastic experience: Bit late leaving this review so apologies! Rang up in Feb and spoke to a young lady named Heather who helped me book my holiday to Buendia in Fuerteventura. I really am a flapper so she took the stress out of the booking for me and was so kind. I rang up a 2nd time (May) and I think I spoke to the other Heather (sorry if I’m wrong) who again booked my 2nd visit to Buendia for me. Both ladies very supportive as I do get very nervous booking things and my anxiety takes over. Both ladies patient and made sure I had extra leg room seats and both holidays fantastic. I appreciate enormously your kindness and making sure I had the best deal! Customer service 10/10 ⭐️ thank you Also highly recommend Buendia No-hotel in Correlajo! Negative experience: Holiday and hotel were great. First day no sign of a Tui rep. No welcome meeting or any information about one. Not what you want when in a new country and not know what to see or do.

Fantastic experience: I cannot rate this enough. I went in to change my booking as we had issues with our 3rd party provider and managed to get it sorted straight away. I spoke with Heather who was an amazing help getting this sorted. I will definitely be visiting the store to make my next booking.
