TUI Holiday Store

Negative experience: Booked a family holiday at Tui Blackwood, i genuinely believe we were missold the holiday, we were told as you come out of the hotel theres a waterpark....no its the next hotel over we had to walk roughly 1 mile and through a tunnel 100ft long which stank of excrement , also told 5 restaurants inside the hotel and 1 was all english food, again no it wasnt, we were starving, grandkids were starving, myself and hubby lost a stone in 2 weeks, complained to tui rep in the hotel, even cried to him, he told us no english food there, he even said we was missold the holiday, the area the hotels are built is in a rough rundown place, NO entertainment just over loud banging music from 9am until 2am all day everyday, cats in the restautant jumping up on the food, childrens area was mostly reserved by grown men and women to smoke shisha pipes which then led to rowdy behaviour, constantly pestered for tips, spent over 2 thousand pounds on food as its so expensive there, rundown shops ‍♀️ got home and went to tui to complain and basically they dont want go know, we have been offered £100 and a free upgrade next time the £100 was given buy the rep in Turkey its an insult, hotel supposed to be 5* but no its not, never book to go to Eftalia hotels unless you want to starve

Fantastic experience: Booking Lapland today with the help of the wonderful Cassie! It was such an easy and lovely experience. She was so knowledgeable of the area and holiday we were looking for, making sure we were talked through our booking step by step and gave us such a friendly and professional service! She was also amazing with our toddler who was very excited about meeting santa! Will be back at the end of the year to book our Disney trip to Florida and any holidays after!

Positive experience: We went on a cruise February 1. Customer service at the store was brilliant, very nice and polite. A lot of negative when it comes to the flight staff. The flight was 1 hour late, which I can deal with. It's the flight attendants that were very rude especially Gareth who took care of us. I had my baby in my arms and kids along side of me. I couldn't find where we were seated and I asked him if you could help me with our boarding passes and said "well I don't know were you people are supposed to go" with a really bad attitude. After that he kept ignoring us when we needed assistance. He asked others if they wanted anything to eat or drink but completely ignored me and my family. I asked him if there was a reason why he ignored us and he said "it's not my job to ask if you need anything" we felt so little and unimportant. It wasn't a pleasant flight at all. And it wasn't a great start to our holiday. On a positive note, the cruise was absolutely amazing. As were the crew staff who were always polite, friendly, and helpful. Food was also fantastic and always available. Glad we didn't have the same flight attendance in our return back to Cardiff

Negative experience: I'm currently in dispute with the Branch over a Completely wrong Holiday sold to me at £3.2k. Shocking experience, in short, Disabled sent to a Party Camp though full requirements and health condition made aware to the booking agent. I've come back in a worse condition than when I left home. Awaiting response from complaint. Manageress (Lisa)very helpful showing some empathy. UPDATE Sorry, but after my last TUI experience I'm going to try Jet2, failing that walking somewhere with a tent, far more relaxing than a TUI experience. . TUI shop is now ignoring my emails now my complaint to their HO has been rejected and handed back to the shop to deal with. My complaint is regarding your advisor who mis sold me the holiday who also just happens to work in the store my dispute originates from. Very unprofessional behaviour TUI/RIU, no empathy, no compassion, no customer satisfaction, no acceptance of any fault of your own plus a total dismissal of my experience. In short everyone, I'm disabled, I conveyed my requirements to the Agent in store, and ended up in a holiday camp in the sun, more suited to 18-30's, stag/hen parties, but in TUI's eyes it is my fault and offered an insulting £100 compensation 3.1% of the holiday value, I had to pay €100 towards a mobility scooter to get around the camp that TUI refused to supply, only when I spoke with the Hotel TUI rep Joey, he went half with me, good luck Joey getting your money from TUI especially as you were trying to resolve an issue with paying guests.. Why does it say my Hotel has not been accessed for restricted movement customers, I WAS SENT THERE, SOLD THERE, RECOMMENDED THERE, anyway, my advice. Stay well away from TUI...
