Only slight moan is blinds could do with an upgrade as the very bright light shines through all night. Not worth losing a star over though.

Negative experience: Lovely place to stay and visit but did the caravan even get cleaned after the previous holidaymakers. We came to this caravan this time last year and it was great hence why we booked for this year. But we're a little disappointed to find out this time we arrived the caravan looked like it wasn't even cleaned. The carpets and sofa were covered in bits from the previous people and the table with dried on food. Not the start we wanted after a 4 hour drive to then go out and grab some cleaning equipment. Thankfully we found a hoover to clean the carpets and sofa. Not the start of a holiday we should be having or either doing.

Fantastic experience: Lovely caravan, everything you need, had an amazing collection of dvds to entertain any child. So close to everything you need, the shop, bar, and reception is literally a stone throw away, around the corner has a parade of shops, also a cafe. Minutes away from the beach and arcades yet where the caravan is so peaceful.

Negative experience: Absolutely shocking company. Book direct with the properties because this company simply adds extra costs on after you have booked and the charges are non refundable so when you get the additional charges you have no option but to pay them.

Positive experience: I have used 2c holidays twice now but i wont be using them again next year as i received a fake whatsapp message from a scammer a week before my holiday pretending to be from 2c who had got my personal details by a data breach. Luckily i knew it was a scam but others were probably not so lucky.. Also a £60 charge to provide bed linen?? So we took our own. Our chalet sink and shower had a leak. £30 charge for a dog seemed a bit excessive. Woken up at 8am at seadell holiday park on the saturday morning by grass cutters. And when we left just before 10 the cleaner pulled up beside us, we thought there could have been a 15 minute delay as we felt rushed. Also despite paying nearly 200 quid for the weekend you have an electric prepayment meter in the kitchen which had £2 on when we got there despite it saying it should be £5 at all times.

Fantastic experience: We rent out our caravan in Hunstanton through 2c Holidays and they have done an amazing job at keeping us in bookings! It’s been hassle free renting for us! They are quick to respond to emails and all the staff are lovely and so helpful when you ring them up with a query! I would definitely recommend 2c if you want to rent out your holiday home they are great!

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting, we turned up to find damp, mould, dog fur, cobwebs everywhere, and even mouse droppings in the kitchen, we phoned up the office at 9am to move caravans to be told someone will be with us at 1pm, we waited at the caravan for someone to turn up and they finally turned up at 3:30pm, we explained to them that our nieces 1st birthday party started at 1 and then ended up missing the party (the whole reason we booked the caravan) we also explained how our son is severely asthmatic and allergic to mould and dog dander and nearly ended up in hospital because of the state of the caravan, we then requested a refund to be ignored by the company, absolute disgrace! Cobwebs are hard to pick up by camera but please see photos attached and DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Negative experience: Beautiful caravan let down by cleaners and maintenance, When I contacted cleaning about this nothing was done, Stained carpet that smells, Looked like someone had cooked rice before so there was crumbs and rice grains in corners, Dead fly and crumbs behind roaster and broken kettle, we asked for another and an old fashioned hob one was left by door, no bulbs in lamp and what looks like someone had wiped their nose on the curtains disgustingly stained! I sent pics to cleaners etc..they acknowledged the pics and said cleaner will come, Apparently we was then meant to wait in for her which we were not told and surely you don't put customer out like that so we were out, got home cleaner had left kettle by the door, They said she will come the next day, No cleaner rectified the next day as I was told. The cups were filthy stained so we had to wash them all then we found all the plates in cupboard soaked as they had all been put away soaking wet! At £229 for 2 nights this is disgusting!!!! Honestly feel like I've been completely overcharged!

Fantastic experience: We recently stayed at Pakefield Lodge for a birthday with friends and it was absolutely perfect! The beachfront location is stunning, and being able to enjoy breakfast whilst hearing the sea was so relaxing and a definite bonus! The lodge was well equipped with everything we needed and was impeccably clean - it absolutely faultless. There was plenty of room for all us and a lovely living area which provided the perfect space for socialisation and to relax! Positive experience: Good family holiday, behind sofa was dirty, ie sweet wrappers and food but we cleaned it up. Double bed was very nice but kids found the single beds uncomfortable but on average a good base.

Fantastic experience: Used their caravans and chalets for years for our yearly holidays. We love them, definitely a home from home. The booking process is very easy. I love how you can put a deposit down and pay however much and how quickly you want (as long as you pay it fully before your stay). The customer service is great, very quick responses and always informative. I managed to see a video tour of our caravan we booked before we visited which was nice. Before we arrived we received messages to say the key safe code and any contact numbers. Always a pleasure. We've already booked next year with them. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Not what you expect the property was dangerous and disgusting to live in. I would advise people to check the property before they go or ask some more pictures recent ones as the pictures they are using from Elli 10 years ago or longer. Everything will be a lie because when you get there, you’ll be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: We throughly enjoyed our short stay at California Cliffs Holiday Park. Everything was just as, or in some cases even better, than the description. The site is well kept and the caravan was clean and comfortable. 2cHolidays provided all of the information that we needed and responded quickly and helpfully to any queries that we had. We are already planning to book with them next year.

Fantastic experience: We had a lovely holiday in Heacham. The caravan was clean, tidy and well equipped. We opted to take our own bed linen, but the beds and duvets were clean and the beds were comfortable. The site itself was clean, tidy and quiet. There were play facilities for children nearby the caravan. We could also park the car next to the caravan. A pass could be purchased at reception which allowed use of the swimming pool, restaurant and bar with entertainment. The staff on site were all friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this caravan and company. The customer service staff of 2c Holidays are also friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service today whilst trying to choose accomodation for a short break next year. I spoke with Ruby initially who emailed me back promptly with a selection of accomodation that met our requirements. Further help from Chloe when I called again and we are now all booked. Fantastic experience: We stayed at Bure village in Heydon water. 2c holidays sent all info required prior to us arriving informing us how to get into the caravan etc and contact numbers for during our stay in case of any problems. We stayed here last year and again this year and had yet another fantastic time. Booking was easy as was all corresponding Contact with 2c holidays and nothing was too much trouble. Will defo book again for next year.. Easy and stress free company to use.

Fantastic experience: Nice and clean, close to the beach, lots of greenery around for shade so it wasn’t too hot and well pleased it had an enclosed terrace for our dog to wonder around! Would recommend!

Negative experience: Property 193. Bermuda area The place is very smelly of dusty I woke up choking and vomited. It's got overwhelming dusty carpets and the whole house is covered with cobwebs around the window I can't even open the windows. The cleaners who came to clean even confirmed the carpets need changing. The agents choose to differ with the opinion but they are not the cleaning experts. My advice do not book with 2cholidays service is money focused and not guest focused.

From start to finish was so easy and when I wanted to add things on there I foned them and they were so nice and friendly and very accommodating. Negative experience: We have just returned from a 2-night stay at Seawick Holiday Park in Essex, booked through 2c Holidays. I was extremely disappointed with the accommodation. We stayed in Caravan 53R, which was in an appalling condition. The entire caravan smelled strongly of damp and mold, making it an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. We complained first thing in the morning and requested to be moved. While Emma from 2c Holidays was very quick to respond and sent a cleaning team out again, unfortunately, no actual cleaning was done. We allegedly could not move because you had to book for a minimum of 2 nights. The reality is that the entire caravan needs fumigation, not just a surface clean. The state of the caravan ruined our family break away, it was not even fit as a base to just sleep. Avoid,Avoid,Avoid!!

The site was in an excellent location, right by the beach, club house and fantastic entertainment. Went with two teenagers, pleanty to do, overall we had a great holiday!

Fantastic experience: We have used 2cHolidays twice now. In our most recent contact, we had enquired as to whether the cottage we had rented previously was avaliable, which was sadly not the case. However, having read our previous requirement, they were able to recommend two other cottages in the area. We went ahead and booked it and had a wonderful holiday. We would definitely look at 2cHolidays again when we are next looking for a holiday in Norfolk or Suffolk.

Fantastic experience: This was the 3rd time using 2c holidays and the first time staying in this chalet. The standards were high as to be expected. Very clean, beautiful open kitchen living area with a dreamy pantry cupboard! Definitely could use a few more mugs/plates as 6 of each is not enough! The bedrooms were well equipped with wardrobes/hangers and plenty of drawers. Perhaps the smaller double room could utilise a bedside lamp- I ended up using one from the lounge in there as no bedside table/lamp. Lovely, quiet part of the park- even during the school holidays! Right next to a big grassy area- perfect for a little ball game!

Negative experience: My review is regarding the company rather than any caravan. We booked a 2C Caravan via AirbnB for 8 weeks in the future, Oct 2024. As linen wasn’t included we decided to pay £60 for a linen package, we didn’t have to pay this straight away but decided to pay for everything immediately. Unfortunately, within 48hrs of paying this we had some news that forced us to cancel our trip. Airbnb refunded straight away but not the £60 linen package. I was told by 2C that this was non-refundable as stated in the ‘link’ given for the Ts & Cs!! The lady from 2C, Ruby, would not budge on this even though we had cancelled approximately 8 weeks before our trip and that we had paid well in advance to show good faith! Surely they could simply refund this, even subtracting an admin fee? When I suggested that they had robbed me of £60 she calmly told me that they hadn’t robbed me as I had offered the payment and sent it to them. It’s in the Ts & Cs but only if you click a separate link and read the small print. So we certainly wouldn’t be booking a holiday with this company in the future. Allister & Coral Pirrie.

Fantastic experience: So nice to speak to an actual person, some holiday companies can leave you trying to get through for ages. Was through straight away and spoke to an absolutely lovely member of staff called Ruby who dealt with my add on to the booking.

Fantastic experience: We recently got back from staying on pakefield holiday park in Suffolk and the site was lovely and quiet and clean and also has outdoor pool etc we will definitely come back to this holiday park as I would give it 10/10 Supermarket close by to get anything required and the site has direct access to the beach..The caravan we stayed in was fantastic and the best caravan we have ever stayed in and it was very modern and clean had high speed internet and very comfy beds large screen tv and just perfect in everyway and Decking with lovely Sea view .Lots of great places to visit in Suffolk/norfolk.Africa alive Banham Zoo .Norfolk broads .Great Yarmouth .Hemsby are just a few of the fantastic places to visit .The service we got from 2cHolidays was excellent and will definitely use 2cHolidays for our next Holiday

Negative experience: Caravan very dirty dogs soiled the carpets stunk no cleaning equipment cooking facilities limited and rusty been charged for a quilt I did not use I took my own hair and old hair clips under bed and skirting boards

Positive experience: The holiday was lovely. I only gave 4 stars because the caravan didn’t have any dishes or t plates. There were only 4 plates and the rest were children’s plastic dishes. There was no toaster and the tv didn’t work.
