Fantastic experience: We call at Trostre Tui shop today to book a holiday, we met with Carina and explained what we are looking for, an hour later the holiday was booked and we were on our way home, she was absolutely brilliant, she went from A to Z taking care of all our needs, can I say they are plenty, we are both disabled with various degrees of limitations, I thought this was going to be a problem, but no indeed, everything was logged and noted with no problems what so ever, Carina was meticulous, very friendly, and super efficient. Thank you Carina for looking after us and booking us such a beautiful holiday. We will definitely be booking with Carina again next year.

Fantastic experience: CORINA IS THE BEST !! Booked another holiday in Tui Trostre store, I always ask for Corina who is first class at her job! We have booked holidays with Corina for over 15 years. She always remembers our likes and dislikes, and disability needs and food intolerances. Corina has wonderful patience, sound advice, suggestions on additional holiday experiences, arranges taxi transport and airport car parking. She's a credit to the company and so reliable. She will organise holiday insurance, check our passport details and sorts out our online check in prior to travel. Thank you Corina - you are one special lady who deserves recognition!

When I told him I wanted a trip to somewhere sunny but also somewhere with history... he just nodded like he'd heard this kind of madness before. Ryan didn’t just hand me a brochure; he painted a picture of my vacation that would make even Instagram jealous. ️ Every question I threw at him, he had an answer for, and when he didn't... well, he made up one (kidding...) Fantastic experience: I called in the Llanelli branch yesterday to amend a booking I'd made online. I have a disabled adult son who has a condition called TBRS, is very large at 6 foot 6, and has a learning disability. I ALWAYS worry about flight bookings as there's so few seats he can fit in. Medical seats have the tray armrests and are narrower and he can only sit in the aisle seat due to his stature. I'd pre booked suitable extra legroom seats when I made the booking in January. All I needed to do was add my luggage yesterday. However when I went into the shop, Rachel told me they had changed the aircraft and I did not have allocated seats any more. No one notified me of this change. Rachel phoned the welfare people and spoke to a guy who was not very helpful and wanted to charge me £96 for 2 extra legroom seats (when I'd already paid) and that's just on the way out. They were seats over the wing. Due to him having a learning disability he cannot sit by the emergency exit. Then they allocated him a window seat, which he physically cannot get into. Then a single seat with no room for one of us to accompany him as he cannot travel alone. I started crying in the shop. Rachel stopped the call and called her supervisor/manager. They were both wonderful to me and so helpful. They phoned again, spoke to a different person who obviously had more empathy, and in no time at all sorted suitable seats out for him. I had to write to say huge thanks to Rachel for her time, patience and reassurance yesterday. I cannot recommend her enough. She was completely wonderful, as was her colleague. Next time I will go into the store to book. They filled me with confidence, and it was so nice to have some help when booking as it's always extra stressful when travelling with a person with additional needs.
