Fantastic experience: Recently wanted to book a holiday but didn't want the hassle of weeks, trawling the internet. Went into the TUI store in Telford Forge and ended up talking to Jess. She used her knowledge of the Greek Islands to search for hotels in resorts we liked the look of and gave us several options and booked an appointment to come back the next day. Ended up booking a great holiday at a reasonable price and it was all down to Jess and her brilliant service! She explained everything, sorted a trip and made us feel really valued. Fantastic experience: Visited the TUI store in Telford and greeted by Ellie who is a friendly and approachable young lady - easy to deal with. Due to the fluctuations in third-party supplier flight prices , she took time to ensure the best price for us and, sought further discount from her manager. A follow-up phone call the following day, we wanted to expand on our requirements. Ellie took it in her stride to accommodate our changes. And overall great experience.

Fantastic experience: I visited this store today, to ask for help with changing the dates on our holiday booking. We had booked the holiday to St Lucia online but now needed to change our departure date. I spoke with Reeny and she soon had me relaxed and no longer worrying about the problems with changing the dates and the departure Airport. She dealt with it very quickly and was a pleasure to deal with. She is a credit to TUI on how they deal with their customers. I would recommended any one thinking of booking a holiday to go into this store. And if you are lucky enough to have Renny dealing with your holiday, you will see how good she is at her job.

Fantastic experience: We have dealt continuously with TUI in Telford,(and previously at The Square, Wellington Town Centre, for many years now. During this time we have mostly been looked after by Reeny who has always been very helpful and offered a first class service with her cheerful nature. I would have no hesitation in recommending her, and her colleagues, who on occasions in her absence, have also offered excellent service and advice.

Negative experience: Came into your Tui to book a holiday for me and my husband. Lady on welcome desk named ‘Alisha’ was anything but welcoming. It was asif I was interrupting her day by being a customer. After being told to wait and someone would see me I decided to leave the store and loon elsewhere to book my holiday. I’m very disappointed with the service and will not being booking again!

Fantastic experience: Booked two holidays today at the forge retails park Tui store with Kassi. Kassi was great even though we knew where we wanted to go she still took the time going through everything with us and making sure we were happy every step of the way! No rushing either even though the store was extremely busy! One of our holidays booked was to the Maldives and Kassi was just as excited as us to see the details of the hotel we’d chosen! Fantastic experience: Been using TUI for years, but have only ever booked online - never again. The wonderful, amazing, brilliant Amy is now the only person I'd book my holidays through. She has taken care of EVERYTHING! If you're booking a holiday, give the Telford store a call and ask for Amy, she will take all the stress out of it and do all of the searching and the paperwork! Both my partner and I have very busy, demanding jobs so being able to pick up the phone or transact through email is the perfect solution. Having Amy tell me that she will now be our personal TUI advisor was like being given the best present ever. In a time where almost everything is faceless and online only, it's so refreshing having such personal and amazing service. Amy - You're a legend!

Fantastic experience: We booked our holiday this evening with the lovely Issy! She was so helpful & knowledgable and made us feel super excited about our holiday! She provided us with all the extra information we needed and made us feel completely at ease. I much prefer to book my holidays in store, especially when the staff are as friendly and helpful as Issy!

Negative experience: Booked our holiday with them and was sold an amazing 5 star hotel only to get there and be told you need a taxi to get anywhere... hey thats fine I'll get a taxi the hotel taxis were £80 for a 9 minute drive. And tui tell you not to get any other taxi as its dangerous....obviously we did and had no problems from the locals. Our tui rep said you will only need £100 each for a week and a half it's that cheap....we took 200 each thinking we would he fine only to be hit with total insane prices at the hotel. Our tui rep also booked us the wrong day out and we had to reorganise it ourself with the managers at the venue who did a great job tbf. I could go on and on about everything else but iam too burnt out I did fill in a form on the tui website but nope nothing in return I did say something to the hotel about why is everything so expensive but they legit did not care. The most care I will get now is a tui rep replying to this comment to ring a number to listen to me speak and I get no compensation I spent over 3k on my holiday total joke

Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with Issy at Telford Branch for the past two days re my forthcoming trip to India. It is my utmost pleasure to write a five star review and if I could rate her ten stars then indeed I would. I have a number of disabilities, Issy has gone outside of the box to assist her with everything I need from the Airport and all the way back again. Issy was exceptionally considerate of my being deaf and following instructions on how we could proceed with the call with a deaf person due to my phone having the facility to process her voice back to me and vice versa. In terms of my Physical disabilities, Issy has arranged for me private welfare transitioning from airport to hotel and return. This ..... ! I have to say has lifted a HUGE weight off my shoulders. When I first spoke to Issy yesterday I was filled with clinical anxiety over the trip. For all that Issy has now been able to put in place for me as a disabled person I can now relax and happily feel confident that it's all going to be okay. The main reason for my trip is to scatter the ashes of my life long friend at the Taj Mahal. Again Issy has made this doable for me by adding the precious remains of my soulmate onto my booking and granting permission for me to travel with his ashes. As we all know....... In today's society, we live in a world FULL of "No we can't"....... With Issy, all I ever received from her was "YESSSSS ! we can make all of this possible". ! Fantastic experience: We always book with Tui, they offer the best flights and hotels with help in resort if we require it. We have used tui for the past 5 years and Jess from the Telford store just helped book our special holiday to Cyprus this year. Its the first time our whole family has been together with my parents first visit to Cyprus. Jess talked us through all the options for flights and what hotels would suit all our needs. When we decided on our holiday the process was so easy, Jess updated us and sent us all our emails which made us so excited! Thanks Jess we will be back to book again soon

Fantastic experience: We recently booked a last minute holiday with TUI, Telford Superstore. The staff there are always so pleasant and welcoming, which is a good start to booking your holiday! Issy , our booking agent was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient! She suggested various options of suitable countries for us to visit ( which encompassed all our holiday wishes) and in under 50 minutes, everything was sorted. We have used TUI before for convenience, and will do so in the future too.
