Fantastic experience: We had a great booking experience with Hillary from the Kidderminster store. She was friendly, kind, and patient - taking time to help us find the right place and showing an interest in us. She was even happy to wait when I needed to leave the store temporarily to see if I could secure annual leave for the dates of the holiday. I would recommend visiting this store to plan and book your holiday. And my wife and I have already agreed we would choose Hillary again for our booking agent.

Fantastic experience: Although it is good to have Tui online, you can’t beat in person help when planning a holiday. I visited Sharon in Tui twice to get her expert knowledge of the different holiday packages TUi offer. With her expert knowledge and understanding of what criteria I had, Sharon was able to find me the right hotel and package for my family. Sharon also looked at suggesting other options we might not have considered for location, to really show me what was on offer and ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. I really feel that booking face to face enables you to feel confident you have booked the best holiday, with the things you want from your holiday. Other staff were also able to give input on locations if Sharon hadn’t been there. Looking forward to our holiday 2025!!

We were really pleased to get help from Sharon on our most recent visit, not only did she have a great knowledge and personal experience of the destination we'd chosen, but she also had some hints and tips for us too. She actually remembered our family from a previous booking, several years earlier. We were given us a high quality of service throughout.

She has been very patient answering our questions and concerns.We have just returned from Puerto Pollensa and it is thanks to Sharon that our holiday went so smoothly.Not only did she recommend fantastic places to eat ,daily trips and shops but she also explained exactly how to get to these places too.

Fantastic experience: We booked our holiday over the phone after visiting the shop and had a great experience with both interactions. After having an issue with a trip whilst on our holiday it was left to the staff in store to deal with the complaint as they weren’t able to in resort. We dealt with Sophie who was absolutely brilliant! She had to act as middle man between ourselves and the TUI complaints procedure. Brilliant service in what is a tricky situation. She had to listen to our issues when none of the problem was her fault. Very professional and extremely helpful. Her actions have demonstrated great customer service and have kept us as future TUI customers. A very big thank you.

Negative experience: Appalling service. Have a holiday booked with Tui, have a query and was told by the telephone customer service rep the nature of the query would be best addressed in-store. Journeyed into the Kidderminster branch today and sat and waited as the salespeople were occupied. And waited. And waited. It's nobodies fault that the people they are with are taking their time, or if these things take a while because that's just the way it is. But after 35 minutes and without so much as a courteous glance, we walked out. It's was hot day, had to extend the payment on the parking and with no communication from any staff member - even a "guys were going to be another 20-30 minutes if you wish to come back" - they just literally ignored us like we didn't exist. When I heard the one say to her customers 'I hope you guys are okay for time' after we waited nearly half hour, it was clear it would be a very long time until they are free so it was time for us to leave. Terrible start to our first Tui experience, and if this is how bad things are handled when I have a query, I'm of no faith they will handle it if there ever is a problem. Fingers crossed everything is fine, but there's zero chance I'll be going into this branch again.
