Fantastic experience: ** Updated June 2025 *** I consistently choose the Bridgend store for my holidays. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Amy handled our booking again this time, and everything was arranged smoothly. Great store! ** 2024 review ** I have been using the Tui shop in Bridgend for a number of years now and I have always had great service from here. I have the Tui app on my phone and I consider myself a competent computer user but I prefer to go to the store to book my holiday as it gives the assurance that everything has been done and nothing has been left out. The team at Bridgend are warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. They give a great and comprehensive service. This time we were assisted by Amy who booked our holiday and extra experience in the usual friendly and efficient manner I have always experienced at this store. Always good service so this is always my first port of call for my annual or twice annual holiday.

I am not very good at planning holidays, she explained every stage of my trip and took into consideration my specific requirements and the destinations I wanted to visit. She went above and beyond to find me the best deal and clearly laid my trip out so I could easily follow the instructions. I most definitely would recommend Leanne to anyone who is looking to plan their holiday, she will find you the trip of your life! ❤️

Fantastic experience: Many thanks to travel advisor Helen at the TUI Bridgend shop for her knowledge and patience in solving the problems with my travel money card, she advised TUI HQ of my problems being unable to access my account. There were problems there end not created at Bridgend which Helen explained to TUI HQ politely in detail, which took quite some time for TUI to solve and relate the solution to Helen, which Helen was then able to correct all of them for me. She also asked me to try to enter my card myself to ensure for myself and herself that all was OK now, and it was thanks to the time and effort she made on my behalf. Thank you Helen.

Fantastic experience: Thank you to Stacey for all your help and support with all the changes to our flights for my daughter’s wedding. We had so many challenges but you reassured us and helped us every way you could communicating with the people on the end of the phone when we were upset and panicked about not making it in time from the wedding.

Fantastic experience: Stacey!! Thank you so much for everything you have done for us over the last couple of days. We had a nightmare of flight changes for our wedding party which you handled so well and did absolutely everything in your power to try and get us back on the same flights. Then two days later our flight changed day and time meaning we were not able to be in the country long enough to get married and also arrive home to late and we would miss our home party! You were amazing - constantly reassuring a very emotional and stressed bride to be! You were able to liase with the online team very well even if it took us nearly 3 hours! Also, thank you to Sharon for being there after hours to get this sorted with us! Thank you so much for everything! We will be back to book our holiday with you.

Negative experience: I have contacted the store on multiple occasions trying to get some help book a holiday. So many promised emails and calls that have not been made. Very disappointing.

Fantastic experience: We went into the Bridgend store today to book a holiday for next year. Sian was brilliant and sorted everything from choosing seats on the aeroplane to getting our travel insurance and parking booked. She showed us how to use the app to enable us to see our holiday and all the details about it.

Fantastic experience: We visited the Bridgend office after searching the internet and brochures and failing to find the perfect holiday Stacy helped us find our holiday after trolling through nearly everything that the Greek Islands had to offer and also saved us £100 with Tui’s Black Friday deals She was very patient and found us the daytime flights, the resort, type of beach and apartment we wanted in Rhodes

Fantastic experience: Great customer service from both Helen and Sophie at TUI Bridgend branch. Our son is a wheelchair user and we have just booked our first family holiday abroad. We've certainly not been the easiest of customers as we have never flown with our son in his wheelchair and there has been lots to organise. Fantastic experience: Visited TUI Bridgend to get last minute currency for my trip to Tenerife, Georgina was very helpful and friendly. She suggested many trips we can add on as well as made sure I had my insurance in place. She definitely made me feel more prepared for my trip. Will definitely visit Georgina and the team again!

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to say a huge thanks to Kaye & the staff here at Bridgend. We were due to travel to Rhodes next month unfortunately our Hotel had been damaged. After spending hours on the phone to TUI i decided to contact my local branch. Kaye was amazing from start to finish, and managed to change our holiday albeit to a different destination on the same date with the least amount of fuss. There was an issue with the systems when booking the tour we wanted when Kaye was trying, so then Sharon took over the following day sorted an alternative tour. We always have a giggle, as I’ve booked lots of trips with Tui Bridgend in the past, they are so friendly as well as efficient and professional, we love going in there to see them and book holidays / trips! We really enjoyed the Krakow salt mines tour we booked with them as well! Thanks again, ladies.
