Fantastic experience: Charlotte is one of the most professional and welcoming travel agent had the pleasure of doing business with. As difficult as I am of booking holidays she had all the time in the world for me and my fussiness. Managed to book my once in life time dream holiday and am now looking forward to it. But she is an absolute star and tui are lucky to have her in their team

Fantastic experience: Cannot compliment Andrea (Tui Scunthorpe) enough. She spent some time with me a couple of weeks ago and then helped me again yesterday to make a difficult decision between resorts and locations. She could not have been friendlier or more helpful and made the whole experience - my first with Tui -- very positive. Just booked a second trip with Victoria who was extremely friendly and helpful. Would recommend her to anyone who needs help with booking holidays, flights etc.

Fantastic experience: We booked our honeymoon recently with Kayleigh at Tui Scunthorpe. Kayleigh was very attentive and patient with all the various options she offered for our cruise. The other member of staff was also lovely. We left Tui feeling that we had a fun time making our booking and even though we arrived in store fairly near to closing time, nothing was too much trouble for Kayleigh and we did not feel rushed. Thank you for your help, it is appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Came into Scunthorpe to try and sort a complicated flight out and get some advice. Andrea served me, solved my problem in a helpful professional and friendly manner, she navigated the web site with ease and did her best to give me good value. Web sites are taking over but Tui have seen sense to keep the human interaction available. And no I’m not a robot ‍♂️

Fantastic experience: Sam was brilliant! I needed to arrange a trip to New York at short notice and didn't have a clue where to begin. I tried the internet but just got confused. In desperation I called in at TUI to see if they could help and Sam made all my stress disappear with her calm and efficient manner. She not only arranged everything I needed including items I hadn't even considered, she saved me a fortune against the prices I had been looking at on websites. On top of that she had loads of suggestions for sites to see in New York and how to make the most of the trip. I highly recommend using TUI and Sam in particular to make a stressful task a less daunting one.

Negative experience: Today I attempted to exchange pounds for Euros. My card purchase of Euros using £100 wasn't authorised, yet the money was removed from my account. They wouldn't even get the manager to have a conversation with me. My bank told me to ask them to email their head office and Visa in order to remedy the situation within 2 working days. They initially refused to remedy the situation until my mother attended (I'm disabled). Andrea's is a cruel and dismissive person who doesn't treat the disabled with decency and respect.

Fantastic experience: Just booked for a last minute cruise in the scunthorpe Tui store. Tania couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. She made the whole process a pleasure and will definitely be returning to book again for next year!

Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service from start to finish from Jessica. We were undecided where we wanted to go on our family holiday and Jessica helped us every step of the way. She went through various locations and hotels and was very patient with me when I kept changing my mind! She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Fantastic experience: Came in to book what is going to be our honeymoon after getting married 15/07/23, we had 2 destinations in mind. Andrea was great taking us through both sets of destination and hotels within them and even showed ys going for longe isn't always that more expensive, what started as a 7 day break turned into 11 nights. She was very professional throughout snd listened to what Me and the wife wanted. After visiting other places we ended back to yourselves to book the hotel found by Andrea. Fantastic experience: Everyone at this store are extremely polite, professional and helpful. First of all I had called up the day before in which Lisa had answered the phone call. She was extremely helpful, as always, and told me that I was welcome to come into the store anytime to sort the holiday out and look into it in more detail. Having arriving at the store, unfortunately Lisa was not there. The store was very busy at the time, however we was not ignored and told that we would be seen as soon as an agent became available. Within a matter of minutes we was seen by Tania. We already knew what we wanted so we was hoping it was quick, however due to a online error with the flights Tania had to go out of her way and make a phone call to get it all sorted for us. Tania was extremely patient and 100% professional with us. We will definitely be coming into the store again thanks to the hospitality.
