Fantastic experience: Called into Pontypridd store today to have a chat about holiday to Mexico, came out with holiday all booked, Cerys was helpful and knowledgeable,

Negative experience: They installed my first name incorrectly at the store and charged me £25.00 to have it changed. All complaints go to store not HQ so no way to claim a refund for the stores mistake. They claimed they did a call to verify at the time of booking but this did not happen. I will not use TUI Pontypridd again. They also claimed they sent me an email to verify but actually sent the email to my wife's address which they have on file.

Fantastic experience: Always visit Tui Pontypridd for all our holiday needs. I find that the staff are knowledgeable friendly and always a happy to help. Last couple of times we have booked Rosie has helped us find everything we need she is brilliant with our children and nothing seems too much trouble for her. We can be quite fussy and demanding with what we need but she always takes time to make sure that everything is perfect. 10/10 for customer service 10/10 for friendliness and her knowledge of holiday destinations is amazing!

Fantastic experience: Since booking our first holiday in 2016 I've always come back and used tui pontypridd. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, we like seeing friendly faces when we book out holiday we love Rosie shes always very helpful and knows what we always want in a holiday especially my father in law who's in his late 80s they get on great she helps him understand what's what especially if he needs any reassurance like mobility wise , our children have additional needs also so having help from airport to needing quiet areas ground floor rooms has never been a issue definitely recommended cannot wait for the next one magical of Christmas to come now in December

We saw a hotel on the website and she answered every enquiry on the place, stress free, so we booked our holiday with her and she gave us an awesome deal. Fantastic experience: Due to the January sales we called into TUI Pontypridd to look at some holidays during school holidays, we were greeted by the manger Gareth and then a young lady called Seren welcomed us to her desk, we explained what we were looking for and rough dates we were able to travel. Seren was very professional in taking into account our preferences. After a short time Seren found us an amazing deal in peak season on sale and also a free child place with my daughter ready being 12. Seren found us a holiday to Zante, somewhere we had never been but always wanted to visit, extra benefits too as it has a water park for us all to enjoy. Seren was extremely confident and talked us through everything so we booked the holiday there and then. We passed this reliable information onto close friends and they also booked the same day. Thank you Seren we will be back again and we will highly recommend you to friends and family.
