Fantastic experience: Abi made a very difficult booking for 6 seem easy . If I had done it we would all be on the wrong flights! I’m very happy with her professionalism especially as we needed 3 different flights booked for 6 different people. She even advised on visas and double checked everything. I’ll be back for my next trip.

Negative experience: In November I went with my family to Sri Lanka I bought 4 Qatar plane tickets in December I go to the Qatar office in Sri Lanka to change the departure dates but Qatar tells me that they cannot change the dates because their system is been blocked by the Holiday Air agency so I can only change the dates Holiday Air when I call them to change the dates they ask me 350 pounds for a ticket because there are no seats I call Qatar and they tell me that the first time is free. The dear Holidai Air agency blocked these tickets to take money, the same thing that Qatar told me that they cannot change the tickets because it was blocked Qatar told me that now the agents of the agencies do this to take money

Negative experience: I was promised a great level or service and after care when booking flights with holiday air, I was told they provide updates on delayed flights and after care services. When my flight was delayed and I needed assistance I didn’t recieve any of this!

Positive experience: I have used Holiday Air for the last 4/5 years now & continue to do so. They were recommended by a friend & i will never use another travel agent. I always do family bookings wth flight & accomadation on one ocassion i have had flights only. I usually deal with Abby who always listens to my needs with regards to taxi/ transfers, hotel locality & dates flexability etc. The service i get is amazing & always almost match my requirements on each ocassion. The communication is via phone & e-mail so you dont miss out on anything. I have special dietary requirements & specific requests on almost all of our holidays eg: single beds or a roof top pool. These have always been met. If ever i find a deal elsewhere or booking.com they try thier very best to price match or find me same deal. I would most definately recomend that you try them & you will not be dissapointed
