Fantastic experience: Recently booked a holiday for myself and my wife. We walked in without a clue of where we wanted to go and just ing wanting a quote. We dealt with the Amazing Andrea who narrowed down holidays and found out what our desired needs were and figured out what type of holiday we really wanted. We left booking our holiday with her that day and we couldn’t be more excited for it. I couldn’t recommend TUI Dundee enough and especially Andrea who was super helpful and amazing to deal with.

Fantastic experience: We went in to Tui Dundee to book a cruise as we prefer to do this rather than book online. Caitlin helped us to sort everything out and make the booking. We have cruised with Tui before but Caitlin was a great help as she made sure that nothing was forgotten and it was all as we wanted. She has a lovely bubbly personality and couldn't do enough for us. It is so refreshing to deal with someone who is so enthusiastic about her job and doing her best for her customers.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusted with this company. After someone pulling out of our holiday, we cancelled our holiday, (losing £1750) we were issued a £400 voucher per person, however on trying to use the voucher every holiday that we tried to redeem it on, was told that it wasn’t able to be used if the holiday was a deal, could only be used on a full price holiday of around £4000, we were only told this after we had cancelled the original holiday. AVOID!!!!! Oh and Chris tells nothing but lies. AVOID!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Dayna was utterly amazing from the start to the end of our holiday booking experience. We can't wait to go on the special holiday she helped us with and we will most definitely return to her for any future holiday searches. Dawn Donald is our regular contact and is amazing at finding the right option for the budget - she was especially good during the Thomas Cook bankruptcy where she salvaged our holiday - we can’t thank you enough for the support you gave.

Fantastic experience: Don’t walk past this shop without giving them a chance to price up your holiday. We have just booked our second Caribbean Holiday with Tui Shop in Overgate Shopping Centre Dundee. We had the cheery, friendly, knowledgeable non pushy travel agent DAYNA who patiently guided us through our choices giving us vital information to eventually choose the best hotel and destination and the best deal on the market as we did shop around. We will definitely be booking any future holidays with DAYNA as two holidays booked with 5 star service no complaints here. GIVE THEM A TRY..!! .

I recently enquired and booked a Princess Cruise and would highly recommend her services. Her product knowledge and recommendations were outstanding and really made booking a dream holiday such a pleasure. Dayna is always on hand to help no question is a silly question and she strives for perfection in all aspects of the booking and enquiry. I regularly use TUI in Dundee due to the high levels of service provided by Melanie, Angela and the team here. There is a reason that this is such an established unit within the Overgate Centre. Dayna has been an absolute dream and cannot wait to book our next holiday. Thank You!

Negative experience: Booked flights online. Supplying API on the web site prior to departure failed due to 'technical difficulties'. Tried about 15 times on laptop and phone app.. Called the online help 4 times to try to sort out. Each time I was promised it should work after something was reset on the system. Never worked. I was told to go to the airport 6 to 3 hours before departure to filll in at the airport. I already have an early morning flight and live 2.5 hrs drive from the airport. On the last call I was finally advised to go to the nearest Tui store to get them to fill in relevant details which is what i will end up doing. All assistants were nice and tried to help. Resolution and suggestions to rectify the issue were shockingly bad as none worked. There are lots of comments on the web dating further back than 2018 about the same issue. Need to pull their socks up. 1 star is generous.

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I were looking for a family holiday to Cancun, Mexico and decided to visit TUI Dundee. We were assisted by Vicky who was both very knowledgeable and helpful in our search. Vicky was able to advise us on the best hotel for a family group covering 3 generations! It was very helpful that Vicky had been to Cancun in the past as she was able to tell us about additional activities to add to our itinerary. We would recommend using TUI Dundee for your future holidays and from our experience highly recommend Vicky.
