Fantastic experience: I went into the store with no idea of where I wanted to go or what I wanted to do. I spoke with John explained and he was absolutely brilliant nothing was too much trouble for him he sat with me and went through different destinations, gave his feed back on where he’d been and how good it was he did this on a couple of visits to the shop for me and when I’d picked where I wanted to go he helped with excursion and we planned my time away. I went to other travel agencies and they just didn’t want to know or even pretend like they wanted to help so I will definitely be recommending TUI especially the Wrexham branch and the wonderful John

Fantastic experience: We have specific travel requirement for the flights to our late holiday in October to Zante. Charlotte not only established that the flights/seats we wanted were available (with 3 calls back to us within 10 minutes of us asking the question), but she kindly booked the whole holiday and flights on our behalf. If you need to book a holiday in an efficient non-web browser way, I fully recommend Charlotte. Thank you for your help Charlotte, we will be coming back to you for future holidays. Positive experience: Me and my partner went into TUI Wrexham as I had received an email informing me that the was now construction at the hotel we were meant to be staying at and therefore we wanted to change hotels! I had rang TUI’s contact number earlier that morning and they couldn’t assist me at all but when visiting the Wrexham store straight away Sharron was able to help us and within a matter of minutes she had changed our hotel for us! We will definitely be returning to TUI Wrexham as Sharon’s service was brilliant :)))

Fantastic experience: I was having some trouble with an online discount code which resulted in me speaking via web chat then to Kelly at the Wrexham branch but by the time it worked the holiday had gone. Kelly took my details and agreed to keep an eye out in case the room became available again and took my details. Through persistence Kelly was able to get me the same room and holiday at a great deal and called me back to confirm the booking. She went above and beyond so thank you

Fantastic experience: Amazing - we were going to book at pokadot which was £435 for 5 nights but popped into Tui last minute just to check and they did us 7 nights for £470!!! Also Beth was so much more polite than those at pokadot and she was so knowledgeable and answered every question we had. Super helpful would highly recommend and if you pop in speak with Beth she was incredible!

Fantastic experience: Organised and booked two separate holidays to (Cape Verde) & (Cyprus) yesterday via telephone with this TUI specific store. I had the pleasure of working with Charlotte who was extremely helpful, patient and very professional, whilst dealing with each of my bookings. She also responded extremely efficiently and dealt without any issues whatsoever to my many varied queries and questions relating to both destinations. What an excellent customer service to receive for a change, especially in these so called modern times of endless call waiting queues and listening to dreadful so called music. Would highly recommend this TUI store, without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: I booked a holiday a few months ago and a very helpful travel agent called Beth helped me find the perfect getaway. I went there with no idea where I wanted to go and she very patiently talked me through my options! Very helpful and will defo go there again!

Fantastic experience: Booked my summer holiday with Beth recently. Myself and a friend had no idea where we wanted to go, just a budget and dates. Beth gave us a lot of options to look at - she was very knowledgeable on different areas and very informative. We came back the next day with a different hotel we liked. Beth was able to find us a holiday to that hotel within budget and alter the flights for us. Would definitely return to Beth for next years holiday booking.

Although we are not happy with TUI assistant on the phone as they were rude, we were very please with the staff in wrexham store. Fantastic experience: Id like to share my experience of booking my holiday for 2024 with the fabulous team at Tui Wrexham. Firstly the customer service was outstanding they made my booking so easy my enquiry was dealt with quickly and I had a call back in a matter of minutes. I found a holiday online and rang with the details of the holiday. I was advised that there was a discount online and that they could use my blue light card discount in store. I was really busy so sent the details to them and they got back to me straight away. The holiday was booked in no time and I got car parking at a really good price included in my quote. Every detail was covered from insurance to excursions and extra's to make our holiday experience extra special. My documents came through by email and I was able to add my booking to my Tui app which was explained to me clearly. Well done Tui Wrexham and thank you Donna, Kelly, Charlotte and Ryan for your patience and phenomenal customer service. I wouldnt book anywhere else these guys certainly go the extra mile. Having dealt with other agents in Wexham in the past I have never had service like we get from Tui keep up the fantastic work and thank you for making us feel like valued customers.
