She was so friendly and happy to help, and made sure we had we had all of the options to get us the best flight times and cheapest dates for our trip. Fantastic experience: Having not had a foreign holiday for several years and being unsure of the current protocols and airport procedures, we went to Tui in Barnstaple to get advice and ideas for a short break abroad. Fen was a great help, finding suitable accommodation , in a resort of our choosing, and organised airport parking, transfers and money matters along with answering all our other questions. Fantastic experience: We came in yesterday with a view to booking a long haul holiday to celebrate a big birthday and 25th wedding anniversary. We had a few ideas for our destination. We were made very welcome by Deana and had a comfy seat and a cup of tea. Deana was extremely helpful in helping us decide where to go and finding out total prices etc. When we finally decided on our destination and holiday type. Deana then took the time with us to help us find our perfect hotels and added extras. We felt at ease at all times and not rushed into making any choices. Fantastic experience: Had a booking at 10 am today but we arrived a little early approximately 9:45 and greeted with great hospitality. The store was very clean not over crowded and its in a very easy location to get to from the green lanes indoor car park, we had a booking appointment with Deana and she was amazing , could have a laugh with her, very knowledged about everything and very helpful when helping us choose the right holiday very easy process with the help from her . Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service highly recommend these guys, from entering the store to leaving was 10 out of 10, all the staff super helpful nothing was too much trouble, listened to exactly what we wanted and they delivered, Deana-Rose went above and beyond for a couple of hours as dates , flights and hotels were quite specific, if you need a holiday pop in they will make it happen

Fantastic service as always and booked with Kirsten, if you book through the office you have holiday support, book online and you deal with holiday issues online only, the TUI office cannot support you. Thanks Kirsten and love the TUI cups

Negative experience: AVOID AVOID AVOID Booked a holiday the flight was cancelled so we were not going on holiday with the friends we went into store to book with. We would have only 3 days with them. Then a month or so later they cancelled the flight again and booked us at an airport 5hrs away. They again wanted to push our holiday back futher into April when it’s not that hot. I said for the inconvenience you should be paying for the seats as they were Included in the original booking. The manger at Barnstaple was not willing to do this considering they ruined our whole holiday. I cancelled and got a refund I will never use TUI again !! Avoid at call costs they have no customer service how we were treated was disgusting
