Negative experience: Used to be great — not anymore I’ve been a loyal customer for over four years because the customer service used to be very nice and polite. There are plenty of other places that offer the same service, but the reason I kept coming here was because of how well they treated their customers. Sadly, that’s no longer the case. The staff have become extremely rude and unprofessional — they treat you with no respect. It’s disappointing to see how far the standards have dropped. I won’t be using them again.
