Fantastic experience: Usually book directly on line but as this had to be a last minute decision, four weeks beforehand, we went into the TUI Crewe Store to book a Mediterranean cruise, and were greeted by Jasmine. We knew which cruise we wanted but had not actually been on the ship of choice before. Jasmine was able to give ‘insider’ information regarding cabins, layout, bars etc on board as she has actually cruised on this ship. We were able to choose our cabin and more importantly, confirm seats and flight details there and then, rather than waiting for the on-line booking confirmation email to come through with our booking reference. Jasmine was knowledgeable and helpful and we are now looking forward to our holiday with the accommodation and flights that we wanted.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service from Jasmine, very polite, experienced, made sure everything was correct before we left. You are never rushed even in the busy days. We will definitely be back to book another holiday soon. We can highly recommend Jasmine and all the team, you will not be disappointed.

Negative experience: Ordered in person £200 last week in Polish currency. Came today to pick it up. They never ordered it so not very happy.

Fantastic experience: Initially booked a holiday to Cyprus.but then found out we wouldn’t land at pathos but larnaca,then have a 2 hour coach journey.not happy with this we went in to TUI Crewe and within 30 mins they had found us an alternative holiday to Tenerife, Excellent service girls.

Fantastic experience: We went to our local branch of Tui in Crewe and were served by EMMA . She took her time to find out what type of holiday me and my partner were looking for and shown us plenty of options and places to go to with the criteria and budget we have got .. Emma found us the most beautiful 5* all inclusive hotel in Lanzarote.. we can’t wait to go in a few weeks time and will definitely go to see Emma each time we want to book our holiday. .. highly recommend and very knowledgeable on things to do in the area we are going to.. nothing was to much trouble for her.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I hit a snag with a holiday we had booked online with TUI- we went into store feeling very anxious and stressed in the hope they could help us. Emma and Georgia went above and beyond to help us- their reassurance and compassion was amazing and between them they have saved our family holiday we have worked so hard for. I cannot thank them enough. Their customer service was second to none- I would 110% recommend them. I will definitely return to the Crewe store in future.

Fantastic experience: Recieved a call from Tui this evening as we had a miss communication over the black friday weekend. Spoke to Emma the manager who is absolutely lovely. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend TUI as we have always recieved exceptional customer service. Unfortunately we couldn't book with TUI this time as Black Friday was just to busy. Fantastic experience: Me and my girlfriend have been in to book a holiday recently, we had a rough idea of what we wanted and Chloe our new bestie knew instantly the best destinations with the best hotels that matched our vibe. She was so lovely from start to finish and kept us well informed with information varying from quotes to recommending excursions she thought we would enjoy. Negative experience: They actually shut 20 minutes earlier than they state so be extremely careful when using this location particularly if you are exchanging money. Both members of staff were also extremely unhelpful and rude. I would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: After a bit of a surprising dilemma that we needed to change our holiday due to the hotel refurb. We were stumped with where we wanted to go. Oliver at TUI Crewe was patient and did his upmost to find an alternative…but everything looked appealing. His patience was immeasurable! Claire stepped in to do the amendment and sorted all the changes. Having the personal face to face reassurance was just what we needed as this is a special occasion for us and needed to be spot on.

Fantastic experience: I recently booked a holiday inside the Crewe Tui store and the service i received throughout the entire process was amazing. Claire was informative, understanding about what we wanted and very patient. She had a broad amount of knowledge on the best places to go at the time of year we wanted to and made it seem that no task was too big to ask of her. She helped to search for hotels in a range of possible destinations, both while we were in the store and also the next day while I was at home. I usually book holidays with TUI on line at home, but this time as there were 3 travelling I had problems with confirming single occupancy. Chloe made it look so easy and this demonstrated her level of expertise! We came away very happy with another holiday booked. Thank you.

Negative experience: We went into store about 2 weeks ago we waited around for over 30mins with our 8 and 1 year old. We were anxious as we were booking our first ever holiday and wanted some information in regards to prices ect... a young man greeted us and sat us down , we felt like he spent more time with the people who were sat down first as they had booked a holiday and as we were only enquiring about booking a holiday we felt like he wasnt interested. We were promised a phone call/email about a hotel we had looked at with him. But yet we never got anything back later that day as promised. This has put us of and we have now gone with someone else and successfully booked our holiday. Not impressed by the service and will nor be coming back to this store.

Negative experience: Went in on bank holiday Monday. 30 mins before closing. Just wanted a rough idea of where’s good for a toddlers first abroad holiday. Got told that they couldn’t price up within that time frame. Not a problem. Gave some details to a young lad. Promised he would get back to me the day after. Not heard anything back at all. Won’t be booking our holiday with Tui in Crewe. Will go to a different branch. If they don’t think my moneys good enough then I’m not interested in booking my holiday with this branch.

Fantastic experience: Greeted today by a lovely bloke called Oliver, we had possibly asked him about every destination in Europe and our little one had pretty much terrorised the entire shop all of which to he took in his stride, I’d have to say what a great experience it was finally finding the holiday we wanted! 5 stars for all services, nothing was too much trouble. His knowledge, the way in which he conducted himself and even down to sorting a major change to the plans a few hours after booking on the phone… can’t thank him enough, Oliver really went above and beyond to ensure we got the best service and holiday that suited our wants/needs! We can’t wait to get on our holiday now and we will definitely return and book with you again. Thank you for all your help today in booking our perfect getaway.

Fantastic experience: Thank you to Tiff for finding a great deal for myself and the family to go to Florida. I had done a lot of searching myself but could not beat the offer that Tiff found. We are now excitedly waiting to go to Florida and stay in a universal hotel with disney and universal tickets for October 2025 when epic universe will be open. I would highly recommend Tui Crewe to book a holiday as we found Tiff to he very helpful. We have been on a few Tui holidays now and have always felt well looked after.

Fantastic experience: I have just been to visit the Tui store in Crewe to book a holiday and have had assistance from Tiff. I cannot recommend her enough. She was so patient with us as it was a family booking so we had many questions and also more than one visit but she was so helpful and more than willing to spend her time with us. Fantastic experience: I guess, like a high percentage of others searching for a holiday, I was filled with trepidation at the prospect of venturing into the travel agents to face a holiday expert looking to sell you their best deal. I entered Tui in Crewe Cheshire and met for the first time Chloe who immediately put me at ease listening to my likes and dislikes, together we found Crete and although it took a little time, the time flew by. Chloe took me professionally and pleasantly though the possible selections that matched my aspirations. Chloe moved the whole experience from dread to bordering on an enjoyable experience so, much so that I’ve been back specifically to see Chloe to ensure I secured a subsequent well selected holidays, this time in both Mexico and Cape Verde. I’m sure there are several good travel agents out there, but Chloe is my go-to professional that I would recommend most highly to all who seek to find the right destination for them knowing you’ll be treated competently and with care. Fantastic experience: What a fantastic experience! Jordan has been so helpful, he has gone above an beyond to help with organising a trip for my family of 10. We set a budget and a destination an he found us various 5* hotels to look at all within budget. He also helped massively with organising extras for myself, due to a disability. Unfortunately due to a family issue we have had to postpone our trip to 2025, I have already added an alarm into my diary to get back in touch with Jordan to help us organise this special trip again. Fantastic experience: This is now the 4th time booking through TUI. Three of them were with Chloe within a short period of time. ( one 24 hours after we got off the plane ) All the team are amazing, polite and welcoming. Great at explaining the process of the booking, extras and giving advice on location/time Hats off to Chloe as I made the booking very hard for her with throwing in extras like parking and insurance as a whole booking. Very interactive with our sons age 4 and 9 months. Definitely recommend booking with the TUI team. No doubt I will be back soon :)

Fantastic experience: We had already been to Hays travel to book our honeymoon and were not impressed, the difference when we spoke to Jasmine at TUI Crewe was like night an day. She was polite and very helpful and got us our honeymoon £400 cheaper than Hays! we will definetely be booking with Jasmine and TUI again.
