Fantastic experience: I spoke with Keely today at Tui, Merthyr Tydfil, and she was brilliant. She explained everything clearly and concisely regarding the issues I was confused about with my holiday booking, and answered all my questions to my satisfaction and understanding. She was very friendly, helpful, professional, and charming. Excellent customer service, a credit to the Company.

Fantastic experience: Booking my dream holiday to New York this year around Christmas time was stressful to say the least. Morgan was very patient and understanding in everything I had to say, very easy to talk to, lovely guy & very helpful. Recently I amended my holiday for a later stay and had some difficulties alongside the process in doing so, Morgan assured me & give me courtesy calls to let me know everything that was going on with the situation. Unfortunately I didn’t get what I was hoping for (Nothing to do with Tui or Morgan for that matter) but they’ve made a kind gesture to right the wrong doings of somebody else and for that i can’t thank them enough. So thank you again to Morgan who had been a great help in all of this. We can’t wait to experience New York for Christmas this year! Hannalee was so patient and professional, she gave us a taster of all of our dream destinations at varying price points so we could have lots of options. She was so knowledgeable and personable. Fantastic experience: We had to try and re-arrange our TUI cruise due to the extreme weather around Spain. Called in this morning and Keely was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and cruising now in January, around The Canaries. Thank you very much Keely and if you hadn’t been full of a cold you would have had a heartfelt cwtch.
