Fantastic experience: Wanted to book a holiday for my mum as a 60th birthday gift and Rosie was very helpful in guiding me to the right destination! She’s asked all the right questions, was very knowledgeable and made booking a holiday a pleasant experience! I wouldn’t want to go to anyone else in the future, a very big thank you to her for all her help!

Fantastic experience: Had a day out in Salisbury Saturday 30 august. Went in to inquire about a cruise holiday. We was greeted with a welcoming smile from Rosie. Looking for a first time cruise holiday, we were soon easily parted with a deposit. Very informative about the whole process and the choices offered by TUI. Bon Voyage

Negative experience: I called in to the Salisbury branch of Tui approximately 2 weeks ago to ask them to find me a holiday for me & my assistance dog after explaining what I required & leaving my e mail address & telephone number there has been no response from the company at all ,what a waste of time I wouldn't bother visiting this useless travel agent yet alone book a flight or holiday threw them completely unreliable

Fantastic experience: Visited the store to book a family holiday to turkey, spoke to the new starter Rowyn and her customer service was excellent and she booked us the most perfect holiday! All the staff in the store were wonderful and eager to help! All very passionate about their work and travel! Fantastic experience: Booked a last minute trip to Thailand. Was greeted by Rowyn and the TUI team, who managed to find me the most perfect holiday. Rowyn found flights that were suited around my last minute needs and the most beautiful hotels. 100% recommend speaking to Rowyn to get your dream holiday without the stress and without breaking the bank thanks to her clear extensive knowledge within the industry.

Negative experience: UPDATE: I still have not been refunded by this store from over a year ago. Have asked them to leave me alone but Hope in particular continues to harrass me and send me sarcastic emails with smiley faces on the end. Terrible terrible company and store. Firstly this company cancelled the flight to my friends wedding. This meant we all needed to somehow try and get a refund. When calling the store (like i did when i paid my deposit) I was told over and over again to return to the Salisbury store to get my refund. I never actually went to the store to make the payment and don't live anywhere near salisbury to make this happen. I then made the journey to go to another TUI store in my local area to get the refund. The lady in the store told me all she had to do was press a button and quote "don't understand why they couldn't have just done this on their end". I have then been informed not all of the money came back to me because it was made in two payments. I called the other store again today and they were very happy to help me get the rest of the refund over the phone, as the deposit didn't get refunded to me on the first occasion. Seems like the Salisbury store just couldn't be bothered to help me out and fill out the online form like the other store was happy to do. I spoke to the Salisbury store multiple times to say I cannot come into store to get my refund and not once did someone offer to help me by filling out the online form. Companies like Tui are very happy to take your money but make it very very difficult for you to get it back once they've cancelled your holiday. I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a holiday to take my daughter on before she starts school full time, and was looking for a place with lots to do and for a reasonable price. Rowyn from the Salisbury TUI branch was the one who helped me find the perfect holiday . She had great customer care and was really informative and made sure that the holiday was suitable for my daughter’s needs. After I booked my holiday I can’t wait to go back in to book another . Thank you so much to Rowyn for your help , you truly are a lovely person !

Fantastic experience: Thank you to Lisa and her team at TUI. We always get a five star service. Lisa knowledge of cruises and holidays is second to none. They are always polite and friendly and make you feel welcome. I like that we can go into the shop and see and speak to professional people. Can’t wait to pop back in and book our next cruise.

Fantastic experience: I came into the Salisbury TUI branch to inquire about booking my first holiday abroad, I spoke to Rowyn who was extremely helpful. I went to TUI unsure of where would be best to travel to for mine and my children's first time away. Not only was Rowyn extremely friendly, professional and approachable, but she also had a wide range of knowledge and her passion for exploring and different culture's/experiences really shone through when she spoke to me. It was very clear she has a great love for travelling and she knew how to get the most out of every experience they have to offer. She took all of my concerns into consideration and was able to answer all the questions I had. I highly recommend going into the branch to speak to her, her service deserves a high amount of recognition.

Fantastic experience: I went into Tui Salisbury store this week, enquiring about a family holiday. I sat down with Rowyn who was more than helpful! Gave me everything I wanted and needed to know! All the girls surrounding were keen to be involved in the discussion and help further. I couldn’t ask for better help! I will definitely be booking my holiday with them! I couldn’t recommend more!

Fantastic experience: We popped in to enquire about a family holiday. We were unsure where we wanted to go, Rowan was so helpful as we went through all the options and budget available to us. We spent a long time discussing everything really. I can’t believe we could book car hire, airport transfer etc. So we have now booked with Rowan and even included some excursions for the kids. Counting down the days until we go. Thank you again Rowan and all the guys in store.

Fantastic experience: We popped into store on a whim after looking at hotels online for our Honeymoon and I'm so glad we did. Hope was super helpful, friendly and accomodating, ensuring she catered to our needs.
