TUI Holiday Store

Negative experience: Spent absolutely loads for a below par service. Just felt like a money taking transaction and self service. Knowledge of person serving us was basic and little information about visitor tax and customs . I am just now dealing with this when I got the emails. Service overall was also rushed.

Negative experience: After booking several holidays with TUi both online & instore we are so very disappointed with the customer service of the Coventry Arena branch. We have had two holidays cancelled as there was supposed issues with 3rd party airlines but there was poor communication from the company and / or branch. We only found out the 2nd holiday was cancelled by looking on the tui app to pay funds towards the holiday. There was 1 email from the company no verbal communication. The person that had booked the 2nd holiday was in branch today & on asking a question to the assistant when she couldn’t respond as she was found to be untruthful she became upset & said she was pregnant & didn’t need the stress. I advised pregnant or not nobody needs stress. Especially as customers booking a holiday - we don’t need the stress. The person advised she wouldn’t deal with us any longer. We spoke with the assistant manager Chloe who was not fully aware of the conversation who we must say was extremely helpful advised for us to return to speak with Courtney to resolve this situation in 20 minutes. We returned after 20 minutes as advised & were met by a different Chloe who would not give eye contact & shouted at us come over!! We tried to explain what happened when my husband asked a question she shouted at us “you have come in the shop causing drama with a pregnant girl & we don’t provide shitty service”absolutely no professionalism. No customer service . Swearing & shouting at a customer I was also accused of saying to a pregnant girl that I didn’t care she was pregnant - excuse me!!!!!! The assistant manager was very helpful. There was absolutely no duty of care and or service. When my husband said he had spoken to customer care over the telephone Chloe implicated that we were lying. Chloe was obviously personally involved with her colleague who was pregnant & didn’t need stress but didn’t show any professionalism towards us as customers. We will be contacting head of customer complaints Sue Bradley for an explanation regarding the appalling experience & a resolution

Fantastic experience: I visited store to arrange tickets for theme parks for our upcoming holiday. Claudia was so helpful she sorted everything out quickly, she had knowledge of the parks and booking in store worked out cheaper than the booking sites for Disney and universal studios on other ticket sites. I would definitely recommend booking in store based on my visit today.
