Fantastic experience: is a very interesting experience traveling through the seven zones, by Aliza Williams

Positive experience: The service provided by Eliza was exceptionally good. She helped us get a flight books for a reasonable price. She always kept us updated on different fare prices and booked us the one which we wanted. I will recommend them always to my friends and family.

Negative experience: Do not use this travel agency. The customer service is rubbish. They made me pay for flight tickets to later on tell me prices has gone up and it doesn’t add up. I did speak to their representative before making this payment and he gave me the go ahead to pay, after he doubled checked if they have received my money, he began telling Me the ticket prices has gone up and they requesting me to pay £100 extra. Very disappointing and ridiculous service. Please do not use them. There other options such as edream who offers better rates/prices. They convinced me they will offer me the same rates as edreams but here we are. I regret why I didn’t get my ticket from edreams.

Fantastic experience: Under the fear of a plethora of scams going on..Seven Zones Travel agent Ruma, arranged one of the best New York holidays I have ever had. Flight out on Christmas day was joyous. The William Vale hotel in Williamsburg was luxurious. All rooms have balconies & the view of Manhattan was exhilarating..Staff went above & beyond.It was an easy walk to the subway, restaurants,places of interest.Williamsburg is a safe ,bohemian neighbourhood with many cafes & restaurants..all open on Christmas day.. Eady access to Manhattan via subway My special interest was swimming in the sea..this took part at Brighton beach..another amazing neighbourhood where Russian,German, Lithuanian etc were spoken. Ruma worked beyond her hours to get me a deal..asking it very easy.. Would recommend her as your travel agent that will take you places & ensure it is affordable.Ruma even sorted a problem for me whilst iI was in New York..Have come back enlivened..
