Fantastic experience: Always good staff and very pleasant

Fantastic experience: We wandered into the TUI shop on a dreary Feburary weekend after browsing online for hours at holidays, and being very unsure what we actually wanted - one of the joys of having a small family. Georgia listened to our (slightly eccentric) requests and desires, and we were pointed towards Greece where we finally settled on going to the TUI Blue Lagoon Princess near Thessaloniki. Once we settled on a location, we popped back into the shop and sorted it out. The rooms matched our requirements, the flight times worked beautifully and we had an excellent time away. We even made some new friends out there. We're starting to look at our next holiday now... As a family we generally try and talk to specialists/go to shops rather than just looking online. This experience has totally vindicated that ethos.

Fantastic experience: Ive used this TUI branch a fair few times now, firstly with my trip to tunisia and then onto my trip to Cape Verde, both time I was seen by Tobi, he is very knowledgeable and down to earth and reassured to many times when I was asking stupid questions! He made the experience seamless and I cant wait to go back and book another holiday with TUI and hopefully Tobi will be there to help me once again.

Fantastic experience: I have been in communication with Denise at the Worcester store, in order to book a trip to Florida. She has been prompt with returning phone calls, knowledgeable and helpful. I feel confident that all is in place. The best thing is that when I call, someone answers immediately, lets me know they are busy but will call back soon - and they do!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been planning a trip to Florida for my family over the last year we are due to fly out next week. I have been blown away by the effort and excellent customer service put in by Georgia Davies, She is a real credit to Tui Worcester and I will 100% be recommending her to friends and booking future holidays through her. I must add how welcoming and helpful all the staff have been each visit to store.

Fantastic experience: Went to Worcester Tui Holiday Store on Friday 6th June not really having a clue where we wanted to go we did have a few ideas that’s when it took a turn for the better we met Maddie ,so helpful nothing was to much trouble (yes I know this is her job)for a young lady to be so passionate about her job ,Thank you Maddie.

Negative experience: Very poor by TUI in general & the complaint dealings on our return with the Worcester branch! Paid for a £7,000 holiday in Tenerife for 7 nights. It was sold with a 5T rating but was only a 4T. The hotel was 25 yrs old & dated, the evening food was pretty much only buffet, food a poor standard & the hotel restaurants very closed most of the time. The evening entertainment was literally just a lady singing karaoke on a mic/speaker. Do not book Adrian Roco Nivaria Hotel, Tenerife with TUI. The standard was very very disappointing as listed above! All TUI have offered is a £100 compensation voucher on our return when trying to convey our families dissatisfaction with the quality of the hotel!

Fantastic experience: Georgia from the Worcester store was really helpful and friendly when we went to book our first holiday abroad. She made us feel welcome and clarified all the fine details for our holiday and flight. I would recommend her to a friend.

Fantastic experience: We came in today to change our holiday and Georgia went above and beyond to help us change our holiday to one that was suited to us both, nothing was too much trouble, she was so helpful, and really did go out of her way to make sure we got what we wanted, would take her on holiday with us if we could she is a credit to your company, and really does deserve feedback especially when we received 10/10 service.

Fantastic experience: First visit in store to book a week's holiday for Summer 2025, and received first class service from Georgia. She was very knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, went above and beyond sorting out additional trips to take whilst we were on holiday. Would not hesitate to recommend booking in store and especially the service we received from Georgia.

Fantastic experience: Tilley and Maddie are both a credit to Tui as they both worked together to resolve the issues I was having when trying to extend my holiday. After a tricky request from me, they managed to solve my problem and I was quickly booked for an extra 3 nights in Jamaica - all credit to them!

Fantastic experience: We’ve just popped into store to book a last minute holiday for august, Maddie was absolutely brilliant, beyond helpful and extremely friendly, she took the time to listen and work out our specific needs and talked in depth with us about a number of different hotel options, we really did think we’d left our holiday to late to book something so suited to us but as mentioned Maddie was determined to find us the perfect holiday, I cannot recommend Maddie and the team at Worcester enough, will definitely be visiting them for all future holiday plans!

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t find what we wanted online so went into Tui Worcester store. We were looked after by Toby who patiently listened to our requirements and searched for the best holiday for us. He was very knowledgable and gave us loads of great advice that you would never get online. Toby found us a deal and saved us money! All the staff were fab and we would recommend popping in here to sort out your travels.

Fantastic experience: Update 1/7/24 Made an appointment to book a Christmas break, having previously sat with Georgia, with a rough idea of what we wanted, she was super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and really engaged in getting the right holiday for us. Every experience to date with Tui has been an absolute winner ——————————————————————— Went in without any real idea of where we wanted to go. Served by Emma, who left no stone unturned, really listened to everything we had to say and tailored the holiday to our needs. Friendly and helpful whilst working in a very busy stressful environment (first Saturday of the new year..everyone wants a deal!) great service, the only place we’ll use from now on

Nicky was very friendly, professional & experienced from the moment I sat down with her. Fantastic experience: Tom was extremely helpful throughout booking our holiday to Mexico. He helped with every aspect of the holiday, from excursions, to ordering money, and booking our extra room seats. It was a big help knowing everything was in one place and Tom was excellent at keeping things simple and always made time to see us if we had any questions in the lead up to departure. Fantastic experience: I recently visited TUI to book a trip to Portugal. On entrance the shop was lovely and cool on a very warm day, bright and very welcoming. All the staff were polite and cheerful and although all were busy, we were greeted and asked kindly to just take a seat while we waited. Once available Emma helped myself and a friend book our holiday. We went in through different options of where to fly from, where to stay and Emma also gave her personal opinion of areas where she had stayed which was so helpful to know. The whole process was made so easy and smooth just by Emma’s knowledge and advice. Huge thank you for all the help and I am now counting down the days until my holiday!

Fantastic experience: Just spent a very enjoyable hour or so in Tui, Worcester City Centre, with Denise, planning a two week break. Denise was very knowledgeable, polite, professional and fun, she has done us proud! I have booked on line with Tui in the past ( wish they had a loyalty scheme!) but promised staff I’d use the shop in future to get the personal touch and inside knowledge to our holidays. Fantastic experience: Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Myself and my partner were keen to book a last minute holiday, and after having a bad experience at another Worcester travel agents, we were hesitant on visiting. However, we are very thankful we did, as we were greeted by the amazing assistant manager Tom who took us through everything step by step, and helped us shortlist holidays. After leaving the shop, we did further research on the TUI website and found a lovely hotel in Greece that hadn’t previously appeared in our searches, so we got back in touch with TUI Worcester and they booked us an appointment with Tom for the day after! When re-entering the store, Tom recognised us straight away and greeted us, and he explained the whole process so thoroughly. He even added a journey to Kos town centre on the Friday, which we are thrilled about. Nothing was too much, and even though we bombarded him with questions, he was more than happy to give an answer to every single one. Although we didn’t catch the names of the rest of the staff on the shop floor, they were wonderfully kind to us during our visit, asking us where we were staying and wishing us a good time. As stated, we couldn’t have wished for our visit to go better, and we are looking forward to picking up our boarding passes so we can say hello to them all again! Thanks so much TUI Worcester - you’ve made our holiday!

Fantastic experience: We booked a holiday with the Worcester store, and due to family illness, reluctantly needed to cancel. We were not entitled to a refund, but Amy Ford, the manager at the time, liaised with head office and we were offered the chance to postpone and book at a future date which was amazing. Staff were very supportive and helpful, and we cannot thank or praise them highly enough, but especially Amy, who went the extra mile.

Negative experience: Booked flights with tui. Need to sort accommodation. Stood outside door locked as 2 staff blanked my partner & I (apparently short staffed but cannot answer a knocked door) for 15 minutes in the cold even after knocking on door. I’d recommend going elsewhere as the staff are complacent & don’t care! Will be sharing photo & visual evidence of being ignored on Twitter & tag with date 23/10/2022 14/11/2022 Please all note to below response: it took 3 weeks for a poor response on this matter. We went to co-op the same day of this matter. Same amount of staff & had a better experience (they said it’s common at tui Worcester bad service). I’ve spent allot of money with tui over the past 20 years, the Worcester store is a bad reflection of the brand. 30/11/2022: Update from tui today now telling us our flights are cancelled yet weeks ago was told flights were all ok. Baring in mind we’ve now had to pay for accommodation/transfers up front with another 3rd party having been told we are confirmed. I’m now going to do an in-depth video report on how bad tui are as they have ruined our holiday we’ve looked forward to all year

Fantastic experience: We visited the worcester branch of Tui at worcester Chapel walk and feel we were looked after so well and especially by a lovely lady called Dee. We are over the moon and can't wait for our honeymoon in Cape Verde next year and appreciate all the advice and support by Dee, highly recommend going in to this store rather than booking online, it makes it all part of the experience. Lovely staff at this branch :)

Negative experience: You walk in the shop and the staff ignore you, no hello or smile. I sat and waited for 15 mins then walked out... even if you are busy you can still turn your head and say I will be with you shortly !! Rude

Negative experience: I didn't find the staff were very helpful. I had always booked our holidays in the Evesham store before and the staff there were so much better. Now you are left to sort out most things yourself. You may aswell book online and save yourself some money.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service and friendly staff ,been booking through tui (thomson)I chapel walk for years

Negative experience: So the place has been redone and as you would think the food quality would be as good as it was. I had the usual beef and black bean sauce it was possibly the worst decision I have made, 5 minutes after eating my meal I proceeded the throw up non stop for about 45 mins. Extremely disappointed as it used to be so good it got an extra start so people would read it and not make the same mistake DON'T EAT HERE!!
