Gareth was so helpful after the call centre number kept connecting me to stores who would not usually be able to help. To save me from keeping ringing the call centre sorted out the changes for me. Swapping everything over with no fuss.

Fantastic experience: Have booked cruises and land based holidays in the past both in store and onboard ship. Cannot praise the staff enough at the Tui store in Asda Lancaster.Just back from Puerto Calero in Lanzarote last Tuesday saw a great deal for Marmaris Turkey, went straight to the Tui store Lancaster spoke to Gabriella who booked our last holiday for us could not praise the staff enough for all their help and as a result my wife and i are off to Turkey next month. As mentioned all the staff were so helpful we will definitely be booking more holidays with them hopefully a cruise round the Greek islands. Cheers to all the staff Les

Fantastic experience: We initially came to book a holiday one evening, and Gabby spent a while looking for the perfect holiday for us, with input from Christina on trips we'd all enjoy. They printed off everything and suggested I had a think and let them know rather than rushing. I went back the day after as I wasn't sure about the location and Christina spent over an hour looking up different countries and hotels to find something that would accommodate my teenage daughter as well as my 7 year old and somewhere I would feel comfortable. Between them, they found us the perfect holiday and they were so patient, and so invested in helping us. I couldn't praise them enough. So I hope Tui store appreciates these lovely people, and I really can't thank them enough

Fantastic experience: We came in and booked with Christina and the whole experience was so positive! Christina was so lovely and knowledgable - we had already done a fair bit of research on the area we were looking at but Christina was able to provide us with a lot more, as well as provide advice and answer any and all questions we had (we’ve never travelled to the country we’re going to before) - we got a great deal and everything was made super easy! Chrissy was helpful, patient & sorted us out the exact holiday we wanted! We always book holidays & research ourselves but now will definitely go back & use an this travel agent for their help and knowledge.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Kath for everything she done for me. She sorted out a huge problem of which wasn't her doing. She could've easily just ignored but not just sorted but kept me informed all the way. My only regret was leaving comments after a call which reflected badly on this store. The negative comments were aimed at the TUI operator which resulted in the mess that Kath sorted & the TUI compliance team who held a gun to Kath's head. So once again I'd like to thank Kath & her store. Maybe next time I need to speak someone within TUI or book my next getaway then Kath is my go to.

Negative experience: Terrible service took more money than I wanted to pay then went to give me less euros? Mistakes happen once not 3 times. Over typed the exchange rate to a lower rate and then continued to lie telling me I was wrong.... No apology just kept telling me it was me.

When they called to tell me it was done, the first thing they commented on was their travel agent Jasmine. They have booked holidays with several travel agents over the past 50 years and Jasmine was by far the best agent they have ever had the pleasure of booking with. They couldn’t praise her enough.
