Fantastic experience: TUI We book our holiday very year with you and this time we stayed at Nisakki Beach Corfu from 19th to 26th September for our 06th wedding anniversary. Due to last year’s negative reviews I did think about changing ,so glad I kept my booking as we had a wonderful stay. Your team really looked after us and made us feel so welcome. We was in room 710 with such a nice view of the sea. Food was always nice and got asked if we would like a drink every time we had lunch or dinner…No problem getting the la carte restaurants as we booked tables on our second day…The only problem which is not the hotels fault is the wasps, they can be a pain at the bar so the best thing to bring is a drinks cover. All in all it’s a 10/10 from me and the wife. Looking forward to next year’s holiday

We were devastated and unsure of what to do—until we walked into the TUI Hemel branch and met Catt. From the moment we spoke with her, she was incredibly kind, understanding, and reassuring. She took the time to listen to our concerns and immediately began working on a solution. Nothing felt too much for her—she truly went above and beyond to help us, and thanks to her, we were able to rebook and save our honeymoon. Fantastic experience: Walked into the store, not having high hopes to be honest, wanted a little getaway for me and the hubbys 2 year anniversary. Sat down with Layla (I think her name was) and honestly was like a dream. Was so hopeful with figuring where wanted to go with the budget we had and what are preferences was and what we wanted to do. She was a lifesaver and just so helpful

Fantastic experience: Went in after 4 days of trawling through tripadvisor and several potential holidays with a head ache. Spoke to Karen and explained with two autistic kids that I had concerns around the airports let alone choosing a holiday. I’d been searching for small and friendly as opposed to large resorts full of people but had no joy. Came with an idea about a resort in Egypt. Karen knew it and stated tui had only recently been flying that part of Egypt recently. She described the coast and waters in great detail. I asked about getting to the pyramids from where we were and she even knew how much flights up to them were roughly gonna cost and that flying was the only option. We agreed on the suitability of the hotel regarding my kids concerns. Karen then said she could help with the airports allowing us to board first and skip security queues. She explained how it would all work leaving me without any further questions which is a first. She regularly engaged during the chat with my son who wouldn’t stop talking about plants on planes creating oxygen. Once booked she printed my son the Egyptian alphabet and wrote out two tickets for him and his sister to keep. Was a very relaxed, fluid conversation and experience and I thank Karen for that. Would definitely recommend this branch of Tui, others in the past in different areas lack this personal touch and it makes all the difference. Brett

Fantastic experience: I’ve just come back from the most incredible family holiday in Mexico which we booked back in January with Karen at TUI Hemel. We had no idea what we wanted for our holiday this Summer. Karen was amazing and incredibly knowledgable. She took the time to talk to each of us individually to see what we did and didn’t want from our holiday. Once agreed she helped us to sort out all the details to make sure the location, accommodation and flights would suit all of us perfectly. It’s the little details, like a resort with less seaweed, sports & activities for teenagers, tours for exploring the area, that really helped to make a good holiday into an incredible one! Fantastic experience: The family and I had never been on a cruise before but wanted to try one. Karen helped to sort out the right trip for us, used her fantastic experience to advise which cabins we should go for and also advised which restaurants to book up and advised on excursions. Karen also sorted the hotels at Universal, which were way nicer than the brochure looked and really close to the parks. It was a fantastic trip and everything went so smoothly. Was also really impressed with the Tui flights, we went premium and it was so worth it, with the lounges at both airports kicking the holidays off really well. Can't give more than 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: We came in last minute to get money out and ended up leaving with life saving experience (thanks to lovely Karen). Finding out our hotel didn’t have a rep on the hotel, meaning we would have to book all our trip via the app. Which for us would of been a night mare. Thanks to Karen she sat down with us and helped us book our trips like it was nothing. Even staying later then she had to, just to help us out. Fantastic experience: What a lovely store really welcoming but the standout needs to be Dan the manager, he has booked me many times before but treats me like a pal, if the TUI Team had a team of Dans it would be an incredible business!

Negative experience: Booked through a travel agent for ease and to avoid any problems.We booked a 4 day holiday in Iceland with 3 tours. On the 3rd trip there was no bus to collect us, we waited for the 30 minute window like instructed then called TUI after an hour waiting. We contacted TUI over their supplied phone number but no help, so we had to text them explaining what happened. 24 hours later when we landed back in England, they text us back basically calling us liars and using our own words against us they made up their own story of what we did even though we were the only ones at the bus stop ‍♂️ as our rep was not there. They’re Claiming I spoke to our rep on the phone when he was looking for us but didn’t explain any further. Nothing wrong with them until they’ve taken your money, I regret not just doing my research and organising everything myself. Disgusting Company!

Negative experience: Really unprofessionals. We booked flight and hotel through this office a few weeks ago. We asked on that day to pay for our seats, as we have 2 kids with us and it's not easy to be separately. The lady told us we can pay for the seats the day before our flight when we do the check in. Our flight is tomorrow, we were trying online all day yesterday and we couldn't select seats and pay. I called the office today and they told me that the lady is off today and they apologize for this. I called TUI directly, they said I have to go to the office again and they will call them and I can pay for the extra legroom seats. We were there about one hour and they were on the phone to tell us in the end, as you have kids, we can't give you these seats and you have to ask in the airport if they can help you. It's so normal to go with 2 kids, especially with the baby stuck on me, all around the airport to begin the people to help me because the people who work in this office are USELESS. Never again holidays with you guys. It's time to close this office. You are unprofessionals. PS. stop telling me "I can only apologise" one hundred times. It's your fault and you make me more angry with this phrase.

Negative experience: The customer service here is shocking! The shop assistant would rather blow up balloons than sit down and assist us with purchasing a holiday, the other assistant said he had to leave the shop for 5 o'clock as their bosses were being strict with times. We'll take our custom elsewhere thanks!

Negative experience: Having booked a holiday months in advance, we were in a position we had to change departure dates by 3 days, We called into the shop 7 weeks in advance and were advised a £50 Admin fee per person would apply, No Problem. At no time were we asked the departure date and therefore warning us of a cancellation fee of 90% of the holiday cost, if we did not carry out this change before 28 days of departure, Having spoken the shop staff,27 days in advance customer service( joke took 3 calls at 30 minutes wait each), Email to CEO., received bland reply with no explanation or apology, Please do not believe what the shop staff tell you, travel assistants are not well advised, One very frustrated and angry customer, Customer Service is not on Thomson agenda at all!!!
