Fantastic experience: We went into Tui as we wanted a more personal experience with booking our holidays for 2026. Upon arrival we were met by the wonderful Fiona who introduced herself and made us feel very welcome and relaxed, a few minutes later we were sat down with a cup of coffee ready to start our search. Fiona’s travel experience was clear to see and she is very well travelled and can therefore offer invaluable advice about our destinations and our needs. After nearly one and a half hours of searching we had booked a two week holiday to Bali, at no point was anything we requested or asked to revisit a problem to Fiona, she was patient and offered lots of help along the way. It was then time to book another holiday and again, Fiona offered valuable advice regarding location due to the time of year we wanted to travel, another hour passed and we had booked a ten night holiday to Hurghada in Egypt. All in all, a wonderful experience, so glad we decided to visit Tui in Peterborough, we definitely got the advice and expertise we were hoping for and would have no reservations about returning to book any future holidays. Thank you Tui, but more personally, Thank you Fiona !!

If anyone is wanting to find the cheeky getaways head to TUI Peterborough and ask for Dom, she is amazing and so lovely. Will make you feel very welcome.

Fantastic experience: Cannot sing Dom Glovers praises enough for how much help and guidance she provides when looking for our perfect holiday. We’re in the process of sorting our honeymoon and we would be lost without Dom’s knowledge and guidance on the best hotels. To top it off we even had a honeymoon brochure arrive to our home address addressed the ‘the newly weds’ by Dom which just made our experience even more special. Every store needs a Dom :)

Fantastic experience: I’ve always been one of those people that book online but I had some free time and was in queensgate so thought I’d pop in and get some professional advice and hopefully some fresh ideas. Spend a good hour with Dominique who was very knowledgeable and had some great stories to tell from her travels which opened my mind to try something new, I’ve now booked 3 holidays with her thanks to the great service she provides every time I’ve seen her, the fact I get the same if not better prices than online proves I’ve been doing holidaying wrong all these years, a credit to your company is an understatement.

Fantastic experience: I went into the Queensgate branch to look at booking a short holiday with a friend. Philippa helped me to find a hotel that offered us what we wanted and flights that meant we got to spend the most time possible at our destination. Philippa also helped me to book car parking and all the extra bits that I could have forgotten about. She just made my experience completely stress free and now I’m really excited to get in the sun! Fantastic experience: Got in contact with Tui to enquire about a winter getaway holiday booking and whether it was possible, as I was worried I had left it too late, and I couldn't have asked for more friendly conversation that relieved me of any anxiety. I talked to Alexandra about what packages were available, and she provided me with a whole host of options, making sure I understood all of them. She helped me along the way, taking into account my budget and the short notice, picking which ones did or didn't suit my needs, and even advised me on selection of packages for a potential family holiday next summer. I would happily book again!

Initially I booked our appointment at wrong store, Hannah made us feel very welcomed when we finally arrived some 30mins after our appointment & juggled us into a slot. Nothing too much trouble despite being a busy store ,Gemma took over shortly after. We wasn’t sure where we wanted to go but great to draw upon experience from these guys for what met our long criteria list . We have used Tui for 4 of our holidays but this experience was far the best for booking. Nothing too much trouble, we left feeling happy booking a holiday to Crete for our 12th year anniversary. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going into TUI Queensgate for a couple of months trying to decide on a holiday. Dominique is always super helpful and always patient, even when I couldn’t decide where I wanted to go! I have also dealt with Gemma when Dominique wasn’t in and again, super helpful!! I finally got my holiday booked and I couldn’t be more excited!!! Thanks so much to Dominique for taking the time to know me and what I wanted in my holiday! And thanks to all the staff in TUI for putting up with me!

Negative experience: We booked a flight with Tui Airways to return home from Mallorca- the flight itself was fine but it was delayed and, as a result, we incurred a small additional travel cost. On return, I emailed Tui and asked that they agreed- so far, so good! Their email said they would send another communication with a link to provide payment details to receive the refund but, 10 days later, nothing had arrived. I have now engaged with Tui three times on webchat (it appears impossible to move beyond their automated service on the phone) and each time I'm told the matter has been escalated and that someone will be in touch within 7 days. Each time, this has not happened. I have now had enough of chasing so have decided to leave a review instead- the amount of money involved is trivial but the service is appalling and the responses plainly dishonest when clearly no follow up activity is taking place - I will certainly be avoiding using them again.

Fantastic experience: Spoke to Dom regarding a holiday in Cancun. She was so knowledgeable able to answer all of the questions we had and found us an amazing hotel. Our holiday was fantastic, the hotel was one of the best we have ever stayed at and the food was top notch! Dom went above and beyond and was able to advise on what excursions would suit us, where to eat out and recommend bars. We went to Coco Bongo which was amazing as recommend by Dom. One of the best nights out ever. Thanks Dom! Fantastic experience: My partner and I went in to the TUI Peterborough queensgate store in February wanting to booking a package holiday, we spoke to Jess the agent and told her everything we wanted as a package holiday. Jess listened to everything we wanted and found us hotel in Majorca which we were looking forward too. On the day we were due to fly out we was unsure of what to expect as we hadn’t done a package all in holiday before so was a little nervous of what it would be like and what the hotel was like.I can honestly say it was amazing holiday and couldn’t of picked a better place to stay myself Jess got everything we wanted all in one. We had such an amazing holiday we are rebooking for next year and I will not be booking my holidays with anyone else apart from TUI as we were well looked after by Jess. 5/5 stars for the customers service she gave us. 100% recommend to friends and family to book with to get the best deals and service.

She booked us in and was so helpful in sorting out some holiday alterations! I spoke with Briony regarding a holiday to Majorca and to find out what assistance we could get to make our trip as easy as possible, this young lady is amazing, she was able to answer all of my questions and arrange everything we needed to ensure we have a stress free holiday.
