She went above and beyond to make sure I was going to have a brilliant holiday. Even after I had booked she emailed me with tips and places she would recommend based on her own experience. If you’re booking a holiday in Hanley TUI Natasha James is the woman to go to! :)

Negative experience: Today we were in this store. We are a trip lover couple and for 3 months we are going on 4 holidays. We were looking for a polite and helpful service. We found only rude and mockingly attitude, including the manager. Тhey were not interested to help us, to sell us a holiday. I can't believe, why are they working there?! That is our first and last experience with TUI (Thomson)! We will never back again!!!

Fantastic experience: We recently went into store after having our holiday cancelled due to recent events and I must say the team were amazing! It was a group of 10 of us and we know what we want from a holiday so it was a big task. A massive shout out to Craig for getting us sorted, he remained calm and gave us as many options as he could and helped us to book what we were looking for! Fantastic experience: Popped in to TUI store Hanley Market a couple of weeks ago to sort a few last minute bits for my upcoming holiday. All of the staff were friendly and happy to help - especially Frankie who talked through some excursions with me I had in mind, and I also got my travel money from here too at a reasonable rate compared to other high street travel agents I'd seen. Fantastic experience: Just want to say a massive 'Thank You' to Wendy who helped us to arrange special assistance for my step dad for a holiday we have just been on. Although we had booked online, she still helped us arrange assistance on 3 separate occasions, and everything when exceptionally smooth from the minute we arrived at the airport to the moment we arrived back into Birmingham. Negative experience: Absolutely abysmal customer service from the so called ‘manager’ Emile, went in with my mum who was looking at changing her holiday, Emile asked if we booked in that store, when we said no festival park her response was ‘well won’t they do it for you then’ so great welcome, then upon sitting down I asked a couple of questions which she then began to roll her eyes then at one point said ‘can I just deal with you’ to my mum, I had another question relating to the booking she then flicked her glasses up and said ‘who is this, is it your son? He’s very inquisitive isn’t he can I just not deal with your mum’ so I stood up and had leave the store and told her that her attitude absolutely stunk! I then asked for her name on the way out, to which she said ‘it’s nothing do with you’ I said well it is, as I wish to complain about you, to then she replied ‘Emile’ whilst trying beg my mum go back in and sort it. We left and come to festival park, where the holiday was precisely £138pp cheaper than she was trying charge also.

Fantastic experience: Friday 26th. May Went in to book a holiday this morning. Was attended to by a super efficient and pleasant advisor named Joanne. Mentioned that my wife has Arthritic knees and could she request a walk in shower if possible. This she did and also made a note in her personal diary to contact the hotel a couple of days before room allocation to follow up on the request. All in all, could not fault the service I received at the Hanley branch.

Fantastic experience: Wanted to book a holiday to Greece, but didn't want to go to the Festival Park branch as its always so busy, so called into the Market Square branch. Was in and out within half an hour. Staff were brilliant and very knowledgable . Holiday now booked thanks to the fantastic staff

Wendy who was due to go home stayed over and went the extra mile. talked us through our thoughts, using question and answer directing us to our now chosen holiday destination (phuket). Contacted us the following day took us very patiently through the details and booked our trip. Marvellous. Wendy previously booked our holiday, which we really enjoyed. If people don’t use the tui store and always go on line. We will loose this store in hanley. Please go in. It’s much easier than on line. Or you can ring and get the same individual service.

She answered all my questions as I had never been on a cruise before. She was extremely knowledgeable and having cruised several times herself she was able to advise me. I was very impressed with the service I received I booked it there and then. I would definitely book through the store again as it’s good to get that one to one customer facing service and they will also Web match the price you had seen online. Negative experience: Do not book a holiday here! Wrong information given and this was from the deputy manager of the store which is shocking! Awful customer service! I have incurred costs and I have proof in writing that they provided me with the wrong information. Branch manager just trying to cover it up. Do not trust booking your holiday here!

After talking through the holiday we would like, As this would be our first holiday without our children. Ellie helped us with everything we needed to know, Guided us through all the paperwork. So from that rainy Sunday morning, Through to the flight, Transfers, Hotel and Tourist Guides. Tui were Excellent. We will definitely be booking with Tui for our next sunshine break.
