Fantastic experience: So happy we were able to pop into the Borehamwood TUI today to book our family holiday for next year. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and couldn’t have done more for us to create an excellent holiday experience. Excellent knowledge about the area we wanted to holiday in with some fantastic recommendations. Shout out to Charlotte for everything that she did for us, we felt really looked after and are now really excited about our 2026 holiday!

Negative experience: We went into Tui Borehamwood. Sue was really helpful and friendly. We booked a holiday with her and we would definitely go back again. Further to my last message we did go on our holiday to Portugal ut unfortunately Tui let us down badly. The flights were booked but although confirmation was received that everything was booked when we arrived at Porto Airport we found out that our hire car AND hotels were not booked. The whole holiday we were playing catch up, checking that we had a booking for that night My husband was in regular contact with a rep in the Algarve who tried to help us but was unable to book the original hotels that should have been booked. When re returned from our trip we did go back to the store to explain fully what happened but they were not very sympathetic and all they could say was that this doesn't normally happen with Tui. Well it did happen to us and we will never return. We expected more,much more

Fantastic experience: Just back from a Marella cruise on the Discovery 2. We stopped off at Agadir in Morocco and spent a fantastic day sight seeing. We also went to Lanzarote, Gran Canaria where we spent the day on the beach. The food in the restaurants were amazing and the Surf & Turf was as outstanding. Thank you Jayne for all your help

Fantastic experience: Having not used a high street travel agent for years, we popped into TUI after looking online & comparing different package breaks. So glad we did because Danielle was amazing & booked our break at substantially reduced cost from what we'd found online. We already knew where we wanted to go but she offered to search any other hotels too. All booked with no fuss & the reassurance that we could phone or come in anytime if we needed to.

Fantastic experience: Have been booking family holidays with TUI in Borehamwood since 2017 now, the staff are all friendly, willing to help with any questions, even If they seem silly when asked,have recommended places that have been great with family,just as much fun for the young we care for and us to unwind also. We were told about the check in que assist with special needs,even to the point a member of staff rang to check and confirm who to find to assist at the airports. Our regular assistant is Michele who has been amazing, but as said they work as an outstanding team that nothing is to much to help or assist with. Our go to store for all holiday questions and bookings.

Didn't have a clue what I was doing but Danielle came to the rescue with lots of.good helpful advise she was brilliant. We are now looking forward.to a lovely holiday next year .I will definitely be going back to book in the future.

Fantastic experience: My Dad has been booking with Tui in Borehamwood for many years, and now that he and I are travelling together I have also had the pleasure of meeting the staff there who are all friendly, professional, capable and willing to help. This time, Michelle helped us book a trip to Fuerteventura. She was able to guide us to find what we wanted and kept in touch with me before the trip to make sure we had arranged everything we needed, even patiently cross referencing the options with my own online research in store. My Dad was also welcome to pop in if he had questions. A great service we’ll be happy to enjoy again, thankyou.

Fantastic experience: I went in to TUI Borehamwood to get inspiration and advice and was sold a 5* holiday to Corfu by Lisa! She was patient while I tried to contact my partner and went through various options to suit my budget. I definitely think going in to the store gives you more options and clarity.

Fantastic experience: Always a good experience in this store. I do also book online but prefer in-person especially for cruises of which I have booked numerous over the last 10 years. Being able to compare different cruise line options for the same destinations is great and also guidance on which cabin and where once you have chosen, even though I know them quite well now! A little while ago I popped in to book a getaway and booked a 3T all inclusive holiday in Majorca (not my usual thing) I felt I knew exactly what to expect and had a great, brilliant value, no-frills holiday. Exactly as described. I would never have booked that online or without trusting the staff in Borehamwood, hence my review. I do sometimes peek in to see if Debbie is available but actually anyone can help. A real asset to the High Street and brilliantly friendly and knowledgeable customer service. I moved further away four years ago but still head back to book my holidays - it is worth it.

Fantastic experience: We went in today for advice on different Greek holidays and came away with a week booked in Kefalonia! On entering the store we were greeted by smiling staff even though they were busy with their own work. We particularly wanted to talk to Debbie the Manager as she has booked holidays for us before and has always been amazing. She is so thorough and checks for best prices, reviews and flights. I highly recommend booking with TUI Borehamwood.

Negative experience: This is a Turkish (,obviously you say) dominated hotel (in the middle of another frstival. Nobody BUT NOBODY speaks English. Tour guide only 1st day and last day (7 days). SO OVERCROWDED IN ALL AREA'S. Sardines in a tin would best describe. Turkish 100% towel laying and God help you if you put a towel and bed/umbrella's all for prepared by the staff. The hotel lift (seems petty) stops on every floor regardless and broke down with folks left screaming for 30 mins. SO SO frustrating . We have been "situated" above the kiddies pool (we are 76 and 80, respectively). We have had to spend the first day & night in our room. It's a bun fight at meal times, and generally, SAVE YOUR MONEY, BUT DONT COME HERE!!! Will post photo's tomorrow of the overcrowding. Shame on you, Tui. Obviously, you have not done your homework. You have ruined our anniversary holiday.

Negative experience: My name in Marius and on 13/04/2024 i entered the store spontaneously to ask some questions about the holiday. I was approached by one of the ladies and she was quite rude saying that I should finish my shopping first (i had a couple bags with me)and I should have the dates ready as if I didnt know why I was there. I found this approach very unprofessional and made me feel very bad. I wrote this feedback so no one can be treated this way again.

Fantastic experience: Have booked half a dozen holidays with this Tui branch,can't pick one member out as the knowledge between them is second to none, there advise with special need travel was spot on through both Stansted and Gatwick to avoid queuing etc with Autistic children. The fact you can pay any amount at any time to a holiday makes budgeting so much easier as some months are better than others. Had mentioned it was our anniversary to the staff when we were on a family Disney cruise,they somehow informed the ship staff, and there were little surprises each day in cabin when cleaned. Overall, it was a great experience in a great friendly branch .
