We just gave them all the needed documents and they managed to schedule an appointment for the biometrics as soon as we completed the docs. My mother has her visa now, and soon, will be sightseeing here in the UK.

Negative experience: I paid £540 to this agency for visa appointment assistance for three people. There were no written terms and conditions, no invoice, and no clear refund policy provided at any point. After some delays and unclear communication from their side, I decided to withdraw the application. I was refunded only £432 — they kept £108, claiming it was a 20% booking fee. However, this fee was never properly explained or agreed in writing beforehand. Withholding money like this without presenting any terms in advance may breach UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. When I asked for clarification, I was simply told that I had “agreed” in a message — but there was no formal agreement or transparency. I would not recommend this agency. Make sure you get everything in writing before making any payment.

Negative experience: The worst agent ever. Please don’t trust them. I got my visa rejected just because of the air tickets got done by them as they cancelled my air tickets after I submitted my visa and they said it is a system error. I really regret trusting them.

Negative experience: We submitted the fees in March and repeatedly requested the earliest possible appointment. Despite our concerns, we were reassured by your team that visa processing would be quick and it was safe to book an appointment for May 1st. We made it very clear back in March that our travel date was fixed for May 31st, with no flexibility, as we work for the NHS and need to arrange leave well in advance. What happened with the appointment date afterward is a separate issue, but overall, we are utterly disappointed with the service provided by your company. Given your experience in this field, you should have been aware of the typical delays and processing timelines for visas. This has caused significant disruption and frustration. We expected much better support. We have faced financial loss too since we booked the tickets from London to amsterdam to Rome to Santorini Its impossible to reschedule flights now and dealing with leaves.
