Positive experience: Beware the “EXTRAS”Being a holiday of a lifetime, wanting to go since childhood, I was easily persuaded to go big and have the supposed VIP experience, to go to New York with my brother.I paid extra for Fast Track, at Manchester Airport. As we walked towards Fast Track an airport worker removed the tape barrier and told everyone waiting in the normal queue to move into Fast Track leaving us at the back.It was like a herd of cattle and a waste of paying extra.Finally having got through Security off we went to the VIP lounge feeling excited as this was an extra £90 plus. What a joke.We were the only two there and it was nothing more than a normal cafe.We were offered a tea plate full of food and a coke.Wow what a pointless experience.The flight was very good . Arriving in New York, JFK was a different experience.No one from Tui was there to meet us.We weren’t alone, 2 older women were also there waiting for a Tui rep taxi.We made a phone call to a very rude woman who told us to get on a train to go to platform 4 for a pick up.There was no one there either.We had no choice but to all4 of us share a taxi into New York at a cost $158. We had to battle the pavements with our cases amongst rush hour New York .It was very stressful.The hotel was very nice but we independently went on all our own trips and had a totally fab time.We saw everything. I have since contacted Tui from the App and they denied no one was there to meet us, or the other couple and that we had no proof this had happened.Disgusting attitude as the holiday cost in the region of £5000. Mmm lack of customer care in our opinion. We had an amazing time but would advise you to think carefully before adding on the “ holiday extras” in your excitement.Also if you aren’t picked up in your destination kick up and make a fuss at the time.Don’t allow time to lapse for Tui to deny your experience!!

Katy gave us plenty of options with airports and weighed out the pros & cons of each one, which ultimately helped us decide where we will be flying from. Fantastic experience: After a terrible experience at East Midlands Airport on 19 Jul 24 due to the CrowdStrike global IT incident we had our TUI holiday cancelled at the departure gate (long story - TUI customer service was extremely poor at the airport). However, on Saturday morning (20 Jul) we went to the TUI travel agents in Sleaford to see if we could rebook. We were looked after by Beccie and the team. They could not have been more helpful. Managed to re-book the same holiday, at the same price, this time from Manchester on the Sunday. They had access to more information than was on the website. They were so helpful and understanding. We would definitely use the Sleaford store to book next time rather than online. Thank you to all the staff at TUI Sleaford - you are a credit to the company.

Fantastic experience: My wife & I returned from our TUI holiday during the early hours of today, we’d already decided that we were going to book the same location & hotel for next year. Rather than booking on-line as before we decided to go & visit TUI Sleaford and have a face to face chat. Holly was absolutely superb from the outset, very professional throughout and also very informative, explaining different options, we felt very assured and were clearly in very capable hands with Holly. We booked out holiday for next year, Holly managed to get a price below that of what we’d been offered online too, bonus! We can’t recommend Holly highly enough, if you’re looking to book a holiday then TUI, Sleaford is the place to go. All staff were very welcoming, Holly was exceptional in the way that she handled our request. She is a credit to TUI Sleaford and indeed TUI itself. Thank you, Holly!

Fantastic experience: I’ll never book a TUI holiday online when I can book at the store in Sleaford. The staff are so knowledgeable and always so patient when I can’t quite make my mind up. Holly has booked my last 2 holidays and made sure everything is covered.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE! We recently went here and the specfic staff member wanted to hog us of what we had. She kept saying to buy something "a little over budget" (£500 over) And for the excuses out there our budget of £2500 was great enough to buy a great hotel in southern Spain. DO NOT COME UNLESS YOU HAVE £3000 , AND WITH THAT GO TO HAYS TRAVEL 1 star. Disgracefull.

Fantastic experience: Me and my partner were looking for a holiday to Bali for summer 2025. Our appointment was with Katie who was absolutely amazing from start to finish! She showed us our options for our budget and even went to the trouble of showing us our options for a different destination that we wanted to visit for comparison to make sure we made the right choice. Katie was super friendly and approachable and made our first trip to a travel agents flawless - she listened to everything we wanted and got us the best timed flights. It was even better that she had been to Bali herself so could recommend some brilliant places to visit and excursions they had on offer! Fantastic experience: I got through to the Sleaford store by chance one day when calling TUI. It was their branch that picked up, and, because of their service, we have booked each holiday with them direct ever since. They match the internet price, if not beat it, they are very knowledgeable, and nothing is too much trouble, they always answer the phone, and will always call back when they say they are going too. I have spoken with Michelle, Debbie, Katie and Holly, and all of them could not have been more helpful! I will continue to book with them in the future because of their amazing service, even though live nowhere near them!!

Fantastic experience: All the staff are professional, knowledge and so very friendly and helpful. Visiting the store is a pleasure. We went in for currency and were overwhelmed with the amount of help and time given to us by the staff. Karin, in particular, was super helpful and friendly. Nothing was a bother. She took the time to give us so much useful and practical information about our upcoming holiday to the USA. Even getting us set up on the Disney app and explaining the current, complex systems in place in the parks. Our holiday will be so much easier now. Everyone was understanding of our situation and wanted to help. Fantastic experience: I have used the Tui holiday shop Sleaford ever since I was put through from the central call centre nearly 3 years ago even though we live in Sheffield. Before lockdown we booked our first cruise with them and Debbie the Manager was wonderful giving us advice. We have since booked other holidays with them and have just booked with Debbie to go away for Christmas. She gave us information about the hotel from personal experience and also went to a lot of trouble to find out which rooms got the sun so she could personally request a room for us. This took extra time but showed how invested in our holiday she was and how much it mattered that everything was right for us. All the staff are lovely from the moment they pick up the phone and all are very knowledgeable, well trained and anxious to do a good job. I would thoroughly recommend using Sleaford Tui shop for the personal touch and for the excellent knowledge of the holidays they sell.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience with friendly and professional staff who had excellent knowledge and gave time to view multiple options for our holiday. We were seen by Katie, who was so helpful and gave 100% to make sure we had the best holiday.

Negative experience: Went in today to book some excursions and waited to see the travel agent which was not a problem. After about 10 min we were called across and started to book our excursions about 5 minutes into it the manager came across and basically said to the agent that was dealing with us, that a couple had an appointment that had just came in which was ok but the manager was rude and did not even acknowledge us being there. The lady who was dealing with us was very professional and carried on. We ask for the tui discount and she ask the manager who said there was no offers. Basically she just wanted us out so the other costumer would get there appointment. As we did not have our passport we left quiet annoyed. We got home and call the Lincoln branch who booked them al for us and shock horror gave us a discount will never step inside the Sleaford branch ever again. This also happened to us a year ago when we went in there very rude manager. Whether you spend £200 or £4000 on a holiday you should be treated the same. I would like to say that the young lady who was dealing with us was very helpful and professional.
